He is so kind professional and knowledgeable. It is a rarity you find people that even care to do a job correctly but Abe surpassed my expectations. He saved me a big headache and likely an overdrawn bank account. Thanks Abe!!!2 months agoGreat place to get all your lawn care. Outdoor furniture plants are indoors and outdoors and they carry some food. Of course all your painting needs painter supplies spray paint pick your color they’ll make it for you right at the counter. They have self-checkouts and cashiers but you can order online have your order ready and have it delivered right to your car or pick it up when you’re ready just walk in send them to your give me your information and you’ll be good to go load it up in your car for you or you can load.a month agoVery friendly staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I like when a member of the staff asks how you were doing and if you need any assistance . . . even when you don’t look lost.They have a wide range of products to choose from. The products are good quality and last as long as you might expect. It is easy to order products online and have them shipped to the store or ready for pickup.
2 months agoI am currently in Home Depot and they have an item in the store i attempted to purchase, but they refused to bring the item down off of the shelf for us to purchase. They directed me to another store miles away from the store near my home to purchase when they admitted having it in stocks. They also told me it would be better to order it online. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at home depot.A different manager arrived and rectified the situation. Thank you to the customer service representative and manager for your assistance.

4 weeks agoHuge inventory, comparable in size to Lowe’s. Lots of different types of home-use hardware in stock, at good prices. The attached Garden Center is very nice, too.a month agoCame in to get a pro press fitting for work. Easy in and out visit. Everyone was polite and great. However, Alexis stood out the most with her willingness to help at a busy self checkout line. Definitely had the best smile in the store and what I’ve seen all week! Definitely recommend this location, and I hope Alexis gets recognized for the great customer service.4 months agoAngela I. a month agoWorst manager everSo I went to buy a mower, and while there, I was offered one that was at a discounted price. When paying for it, I was charged the full price of $3,799 even though the tag clearly said the discounted price. I was asked to go to customer service and request a refund, which I did. Customer service processed the refund and scanned mower one more time to process the payment at the advertised price. For some reason, the listed price was not showing on their system and required an approval from a manager. I waited over an hour for a manager, but no one ever showed up. The second manager (Tom) and the only one at the store that could approve the price reduction was right next to me with another customer. Even though three home depot employees tried having him deal with other matters, he replied that he was with a customer and refused to help anyone else. Mind you that he was next to the person trying to process the payment and it would only taken him less than a minute to enter his code for approval.
This was the first time that I required the assistance of a manager, but never knew that the manager there was useless.!!

It’s fine. No major complaints, just minor ones: it’s a little bit disorganized, it’s a little bit understocked, the lines are a little bit long. But honestly that’s the way all the home improvement stores are these days, and they could do a lot worse. Plus, the prices are good.
We ordered $2000 in fencing back June 7th. Delivery date all we recieved was the 2x4s and the concrete mix. Had to go through customer service to get the issue resolved. The next delivery was only 12 panels, when we ordered 18. Once again had to contact customer service about the issue. They claimed there were 13 in the picture and when I corrected them their response was “Fine we will say theres 12” I was standing in the driveway looking right at the order! They offered to give us a discount and deliver the rest of the product.
5 days later they delivered the rest of the panels, never gave us a discount, and this whole process took 3 weeks, which should have just been right the first time. Customer service wasn’t sympathetic or anything. On top of that, the panels that were delivered have uneven gapping between them. You would think that for spending that much money, something would have been done to make it right, and the product delivered wouldn’t look bad as it does. I am very disappointed and will no longer be shopping here.
I needed to rent a small tiller. I was pleased when Home Depot offered several sizes at an incredibly low price. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and I will shop there for all of my future gardening needs.
Crystal went above and beyond to check us out at customer service ti make sure we got what we needed AND she even offered to make sure our military discount was added during our checkout. Love when people go the extra mile. Oh, she also helped us out the previous day too!
Went into this store the other day looking to buy paint and brushes for a new project. When it was time to check out a hispanic girl was at the front by check out. Okay fine and dandy so mean while we are in line scanning our items and here comes a hispanic floor walker pacing the candy section across where we were. Acting as if he was buying something but yet he was really watching us. Okay I would like to say Home Depot this has to STOP. Stereotyping is wrong on every level and it should not be this way. The same scraggly person that comes through your store could be well off. And besides everyone of color does not steal. It is fair to say that the people you do not watch. You will find out that they are the ones getting you. Please no more following us watching us. It is not comfortable at all when you are trying to shop.
