4 months agoI was attempting to have a nice shopping experience but the young man at the service desk ruined it. He was cursing and talking so loud. It was so obnoxious. It aprears that a customer told him he was going too slow. He was talking about the situation so loud as he was ringing up other guests. I know its hard to find people to work and i guess quality and professiobal is completely out of the question. Just because your store is on south blvd and not in south park mall doesnt mean you have to act like you’re substandard nor treat your customers as tho they are. You represent, the owners of Ross, Ross and yourself. Clothes half hanging on the racks. But you can still find great deals if you take your time.2 months agoI really like Ross stores. There’s always good deals and ample as well as varied merchandise. Some stores are not always organized but good values.4 years agoI like this store. It has good prices and almost always you are able to find what you are looking for. Clothes, shoes, a gift for a friend or decoration for your house. This store was good. The staff was friendly and nice. Although we had to wait a lot in the line to the cashier. I recommend this store.

3 weeks agoIt was surprisingly clean and in order. I wish the stock was larger. I did enjoy the visit. The line at the checkout was a bit long. A quick run into the store can be timely if that line is long. A long line is a true deterent if I am in a hurry, I will leave the selected items behind if the choices are spontaneous wants and not true needs.a month agoHaven’t been to Ross’s in a while because I’m not really a person that likes to search for things. But my friend wanted to go there today and I did luck up and find a new pot for my kitchen which I’ve been looking for. Will say my daughter always finds cute clothes at Ross’s at great prices!2 months agoAlthough I was able to find 2 items, the store needs a major overhaul. It doesn’t look bright and clean. The quality of the clothes has gone down tremendously.a month agoSo I’m normally in there every day or every other day but last night I didn’t get there till 930. Now I understand the frustration of people coming in late because I work in the restaurant but we got to keep the doors open till the time we close, and if someone comes in a minute before we have to cater to them because we’re in the customer service business, it would’ve been nice to be on the opposite end of that privilege. I am not sure the woman’s name but she’s around 5’8 blondish, kinky hair, lighter, dark skin and tattoos on her neck. At 9:35 she got on the speaker and announced that the registers were closing sharply at 9:55 and if you couldn’t be at the register with your purchase, you’d have to be taken care of in the morning. Every five minutes she would get on the mic and tell people how much time they had before they had to get out of the store and without any hesitation, she was quick to speak loudly about how frustrated she was being there all day she wanted to go home and she didn’t care who was in the store, at one point the other cashier turned around and said she had to leave promptly at 10 and she didn’t feel comfortable having the loud and arrogant girl take the blame for her even though sick girl said she would the girl not forementioned who had to be off at 10 o’clock, was basically doing her job to the best of her ability and explaining that she just wanted to follow the rules because when her Bosses give her a hard time even though she’s allowed to pass the blame to the girl who continue to get on the loudspeaker she didn’t feel comfortable or it was the right thing to do the girl on the far register closer to the Amazon pick up lockers did not seem to care and at 9:55 she said that anybody that wasn’t in line at that point was not going to be taken out. I would have to come back in the morning, I didn’t realize this woman owns Ross or had this kind of authority but it’s rude behavior and rushing in consideration for the people that had to run around all day and couldn’t get there till late is appalling. I think the most ironic thing is instead of getting on the register and helping people check out with the ravens. She just decided to complain as loud as she could and get on the phone. Every chance this was August Tuesday night between the hours of 935 and 10 PM.3 months agoHad a nice outing with my family and friend. An my son was crying for a wallet but I couldn’t get everyone something so I made it out it up. An beautiful Queen brought it for my son and it truly made his day.

Nice big store. More organized than I remembered other stores.
Friendly staff, and good prices.
I love shopping at Ross. I always find just what I’m looking for at a great price. However the dressing room experience it’s a total disaster the dressing rooms are always dirty and cluttered there’s literally dust bunnies out on the floor and on the wall. Trying on garments is not a pleasant experience besides that Ross is the place to go when you’re looking to shop on a budget
Ross jw location is the closest to my house. I come here because it’s affordable and it’s convenient. What is not convenient is your management team at the JW location. you have one manager here with colored hair who does not know how to be a true leader.
She has an attitude problem, she doesn’t know how to talk to her employees and she is not friendly with customers. she may be doing her job but when it comes to customer service you must always be friendly.
Prices were great, I was able to purchase my grandson some sneakers at a great price.
I have always find what I need and more at this location, that’s why I drive 1hr 14 minutes there whenever I want to shop. The store is always clean and organized. Love it
