a month agoThis location is great. It is clean and inviting. The store layout was quite different from other locations, so it took me a few trips to get used to it. Overall, everyone seemed pleasant, and the produce, bakery items, etc. have always been fresh.5 months agoNeed better customer service employees. Multiple families and handicap people coming through… No carts… Quite some time has past. Anyone going to do their job here?6 months agoI was so happy I only had to shop one store today. I needed beautiful berries for my grandson’s Captain America fruit tray, I also needed yogurt-covered pretzels and some items to make the dip. This store had everything I needed, so I only had to shop one store. That thrilled me.2 months agoOn a holiday weekend, I had to have some antibiotics and the only pharmacy near me at the time was I240 Supercenter. I’m dreading this knowing there’s no parking close and a really long wait for medicine I needed. Finally got parked and off to the pharmacy. Two hour wait the lady said, I see no one in line and I’m feeling horrible. Another lady behind the counter waved me over and said it came in 30 minutes ago and will get it to me quickly. She told me to have a seat, 5 minutes later I’m walking out the door. It’s not always the store and or management that’s not worth a toot. People should be kind,helpful,and compassionate. Not many are. Anyways thanks Walmart, I was happy to see a smile and a helping hand.3 months agoI think trying to force to bag their own groceries is horrible! Work all day then go get needed groceries and of course walk around shopping then go PAY, bag and take out my own groceries! You either wait in a long line with seemingly deliberately slow cashiers or go to a long line of people itching to get the hell out of there after switching to the self checkout because the 2 (3 if they are really trying to provide a viable option to speedy check out)! I shop Crest mostly and that’s why!

a week agoThe iles are entirely too narrow causing unnecessary congestion. Adding to that, there were a half dozen self check out registers strapped down to pallets as if ready to be shipped out. The working registers were not stocked with bags or receipt paper and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The hot food area was clean, and well organized even though they were out of some of the hot food items. I used to visit this Walmart 2 or 3 times a week when I lived nearby.a month agoHave to love the place. Everything you need in one place. Monopoly by any other name!!! Lol. They could do better with the Over The counter products. The catalog says one thing, check out says another, it’s frustrating to say the least. But we all have room for improvement. The over the counter situation hasn’t changed much. It seems that maybe they don’t care as much, or like OTC is a burden to them. Other than that, it is still a good place to shop.in the last weekI was at Walmart to pickup an online order. When I pulled into a designated parking space, the mobile app indicated I was parked and staff had been notified. There were no other vehicles in the pickup areaSeveral minutes later I called the posted number and staff came out and loaded my car

There wasn’t any problem from the time we pulled in the parking lot till we left.. The store was clean and uncluttered . The best part was check out time. It was around 4 pm it was busy at the time . I finished my shopping and headed for the dreaded check out. There was a few people in line at the self check out so I kept walking. I literally could choose which cashier there was several smiling faces waiting to wait on customers. My cashier was nice she was friendly and she took time to bag my things the correct way. She even wrapped my hamburger meat in a bag. Del city Walmart is showing that customers do matter they must be listening . If they had a 10 star rating I would have gave that.

It’s got the best prices on , milk, eggs, and pot pies. 2 of their employees (Lady- self checkout and guy -greeter) I adore them. Sincerely ? the money center employees could be a teensy more polite, but overall , decent interactions
Went in for one thing and thanks to the app I didn’t have to spend a single minute more then walking to that aisle. Trip was short and sweet and the product right were it said it would be.
I went to the Walmart off Reno this time. The shelves were almost bare for some reason. There were several things they were out of. When I went to check out two of the items were ringing up different prices than what the shelf showed and the checker at the self checkout just scanned the product again and said “that’s the price” like they thought I was lying. I went back to get a different flavor of one product since it was apparently the same price as the others and I went and got the two stickers with the wrong price and gave it to the checker at the self checkout and they said “oh, okay.” And didn’t even offer to give me the price from the shelf. This Walmart had terrible employees.
Had my oil changed here and it was super quick!!! Plus side, they can drive a stick!!! Also, in the back there is a huge clearance area with some great deals!!
I would choose this location 1st for my medication prescription needs everytime. The staff is usually super friendly and the store clean. They did some moving around of a product that I was looking for called Pretty Hands and Feet that only Amazon and Walmart sell. I was able to find someone quickly to solve my product questions. I’d recommend this store for sure.
