a month agoI went on tax free day and lines were very long. On normal days, the wait is average. The hygiene section has hidden gems. I found great shampoo cheap. Clothes and shoes require patience to pick through them. It all depends on when you come. I recommend weekdays in the morning. Overall a decent spot for scoring gems in the extreme rough.2 months agoMy family and I walked in around 9:30pm Wednesday evening and we weren’t greeted but kept on our way through the store. After about 15 min my 3yr old informed me she needed to potty but the restrooms were already closed? I got an employee to let her into the restroom but a manager insisted the area was closed and kinda made a scene. After getting the items we came in for we head to the register when we were totally ignored by the cashier playing with hangers at the register.. won’t be coming back to this location.3 months agoPros: Close to the highway. Good prices. Very accesible for disabled storewise. Hours open. Cons: Lots of people round the clock. Long lines. Customers leaving a mess right after the stocker organized neatly. Not accessible for disabled parkingwise (spots are always full).I like coming here frequently because of the baby items.
3 months agoAlways many great deals to be found at Ross. Only complaint is it usually seems very hot in the store. Crank that AC, guys! Otherwise, no complaints.3 months agoA little messy, but I always find my wife some cute stuff & good bargains. I remember when it was organized better, but like everywhere else, they can’t get enough help.

3 months agoI hope I’m spelling her name right but tautiana was incredible. So nice and made my day 🙂 If it wasn’t for her I’d easily give this place one star. Not a single employee except her and someone in the fitting section who was also very kind. I hadn’t seen anyone who worked there but those two in the span of probably forty minutes. The line got long and only one cashier was there to handle it. She was so kind though.a week agoI always buy something when I go so it’s a good place to shop. Store is pretty clean. Often always a bit of a line though.a month agoGood clothing and shoe shop I love shopping at Ross great clothing one of the best clothing stores we go to really nice clothing some of the only places I have good shoes that are cheap. And lots of different clothing items that are really good for not very much money no wonder is called Dress for Less.a month agoThey have great clothes but no really the kind we want. We wanted something more nice and well like button up but we could not find one not one single black button up shirt we want to like well umm probobly like about ten even a thrift. However, there was no cashier at the front to check me out. I waited, and then I returned the item back to its place & left. It was like a ghost town.

Great prices, great selection, and the quality is mostly great as well! This location can be a bit chaotic, but I like the store overall. I recommend checking it out at one of the less busier times.
I love this store! I always find name brand quality clothes at a price considerably lower than any where else. This location is always clean and employees are always friendly and helpful!
I am beyond disgusted , This was my first time visiting this ross and I was excited to say the least !! I got all my items and went to the back to try them on . The lady back their that gives you your number was extremely rude to begin with which was the first red flag . I tried my items and out of the 5 items I chose out I only ended up liking one. I went out back to the station to wait to give the last my number and unwanted clothing . After 10 minutes of waiting I put my number back in it’s correct spot and put my clothes back in their respective spots. The lady than came running back at me yelling at me (I honestly thought she was going to swat at me , because of how she reacted ). I’m 20 years old and don’t need some gripy old lady that’s not doing her job yelling at me and making me feel disrespected and threatened .Needles to say I will not be coming back.
Ross dress for less is like going on a treasure hunt. Sometimes you can find something like some really great like Bakers sandals and sometimes all you find is junk. Of late, their shelves have been empty and their stock is low and poor quality.
Nice customer service. Had lots of nice clothes with good prices and discounts. I will definitely go there again. They also have good household items .
