4 months agoOne of our favorite store for essentials and home items. We’ve always had good experience here from the produce to grocery and all the way to the clothing department and electronics. The quality of the items are very nice and the prices are fairly Mart.a month agoI utilize curbside pickup, at Quail Springs Target, due to health & mobility issues, and believe that Target is the best for quality and price point for almost everything. Additionally, their employees are professional, friendly, and respectful. The few times I’ve encountered an issue, it’s been addressed immediately, to my satisfaction. I’ve shopped at Target for decades, and rarely shop elsewhere. I’ve always felt very safe inside the store, and outside in the parking area. Target maintains their landscaping, and keeps their outside area clean, and safe, with employees often working outside. I, like so many, shop exclusively at Target, for all of my needs.a month agoI picked up school supplies for my son. Returned what he didn’t need and a really nice backpack that unfortunately was too large according to him. I appreciated Targets customer service kindness and speedy service.2 months agoHad a cashier who was extremely unpleasant.I was following directions on the target app. It prompted me to have the cashier scan a barcode for a registry gift. She told me no and to put my number in and proceeded to ramble about forms of payment with my phone . Things that were irrelevant. She never greeted us or anything. After letting her talk I simply told her the app is prompting me to do this to take the item off the registry inventory.
She was rude and ruined my day
Hire happy people this is my second time shopping at this location and my second time encouraging a rude cashier. The last one didn’t even put my items in the bag and I paid for it and left without it because he was having a bad day. Avoid this target , maybe it’s just on Saturdays
4 months agoIf it were just a rating for the store my rating would be a 5. However, the customer service (or lack of) that we encountered on our visit was COMPLETELY unacceptable!! We were unloading our cart to check out and the cashier seemed friendly enough. She carried on a long conversation with the customer in front of us. She was ready to help us and we said “Hi”. No response. We were purchasing alcohol and instead of asking for ID she waved her hands. That was it. No words. She silently scanned all items. When we paid my husband said “Thank you have a great night”. She grunted at him. Now I know she wasn’t a mute because I heard her speaking to the previous customer. Perhaps Martha needs more customer service training!

The young woman who manages the self checkout is a standout – always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She’s a huge asset!a year agoCame here to pick up some order online. The parking lot was clean, and had plenty of parking. There are signs to make the pickup location obvious. The line for pickup was not long, and I was serviced almost immediately. Overall, I did not have any negative experience during the time of my visit. I would come back in the future!a year agoThey have so many Nespresso machines in stock yet only offer one selection for the pods. It doesn’t make any sense to me.2 months agoTARGÉ is what I like to call it! Better brand to shop for groceries. Of course STAR BUCKS is a must. This location surprisingly has lots to choose from! The BATHROOMS are HORRIBLE anytime of day. They smell up to high heaven. You’ll be lucky to get a clean stall. ? Bathrooms should be cleaned frequently and they should hire a cleaning crew so employees can focus on their actual position.a month agoThey advertise 2 day shipping but then it takes like a week. Just order stuff on Amazon if you’re doing online shopping. Another thing, the target customer support is practically non existent. I don’t wanna talk to an ai. I wanna talk to someone whose gonna actually fix my problems.

Target does not stop impressing me. For some reason when you walk in this store you feel way different from when you go to other similar competitors.
You would think that you save by shopping somewhere else because prices are cheaper than here, but in reality you will save more by buying quality items from here that will last you way longer.
I love the electronics section. I could spend hours here checking out all the cool things and gadgets they have here.
I also love the toy and memorabilia section. You find here items that are not available in other stores.
The grocery section does not offer a lot but still you could find most of the essentials you need. And ofcourse as always the store is super clean.

My wife and I always have a wonderful experience at this target on N May. Employees are very kind and helpful, especially the cashiers. The renovations they’ve recently done are also particularly nice. I feel like I’m always finding exactly what I need and the store layout stay very consistent.
Quick shout out to Tyree! No matter what role he is in when we see him on our visits, he is kind and positive and all around wonderful. I hope he is involved in training new employees and headed into management, cause this guy is a keeper! Keep up the positive attitude and exemplary service! We appreciate you!
Randomly stopped selling beer and wine “until further notice???” I was just there the other day and no signs or mention of that. Ran to target today and both isles were completely cleared out. There was a brand of wine they had that I never could find anywhere else. Lameeee!!
I go to target mainly due to their CVS pharmacy, that is located inside Target ? supermarket on 5400 North May OKC. The pharmacy is never backed up, there’s never ever a line to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacy techs and pharmacists Mylan and Jennifer go above and beyond just their duties, to always make sure the customers are helped in a quick and timely manner, that prescriptions are always ready on time!!! They sure do always have everything I need, as well as friendly, fast and curtiouse service!! Thanks Mylan and Jennifer!!!!!
