5 months agoThe lines were nuts. There’s nothing in Walmart I’m waiting 30+ minutes for. During this time, the customer service area was also closed. Customer service should be placed above shareholders.3 weeks agoAbsolutely terrible. Asked 3 different associates for help or to find the person who could help. None of them did a thing. Finally asked customer service to have someone unlock the cabinet in the pet section, and was told no one had the keys….this place sucks. No help, shelves are always a mess, and always pallets in the aisles. Stay away!!!!a week agoTHE SUBWAY WORKER(black woman) was very rude and seems agitated every time i come in the store. She is not polite at all. She slangs the food and gives dirty looks. THE SECURITY GUARD(broad black man) is very rude and disrespectful, i brought my 5 pound yorkie in the store and he was so rude. He caught an attitude with me when i let him know that i was unaware about pets not being allowed. He had a nasty tone. I will not being returning here. Avoid this store at all costs.a month agoMake sure when you go to the service desk to exchange or return items in less than 30 days of your purchase, you get your receipt and barcode. Especially on luggage. Some Associates don’t know the return policy. They don’t know the days of the week or weekends they work and don’t know the difference between getting a store manager or an associate that’s just helping out on the front end. The condescending attitude of one associate is funny to say the least. I hope she reads this. You never know who knows who and if you had to ask if you were rude… You already know that you were. You need to be reassigned as well as retrained.a month agoCashier was incredibly slow with the line going back over 20 ft behind me the store was also very dirty on the floor in my cashier line cold coffee bottle spilled everywhere crushed glass and sticky floor we had to stand in while cashier slowly tried to figure out how to deduct a coupon. Tanisha is your manager who didn’t want to come and help kept asking an interim person what is it you want instead of coming to ask how can I help. The cashier’s name was spelled Lin.

a week agoJust a bad place to go period. The auto department is useless I would tell anyone to stray away from them for anything auto related for repair. This image is from a oil shop that had to take so much time to get off the oil filter due to Walmart doing a horrible job putting it on. The guys said the tech must have not hand tighten it and used a tool which is not standard practice. So it took them more time and cost me more money. I told the shop I went to Walmart last time and he said that place is full of basically students who don’t have really experience.So don’t take your car truck or anything their for anything auto related. You’ll be paying more money down the road. I’ve had so many problems before with Walmart and this time I am no going back. They say they do things by the manufacture standards but they don’t. Last year I brought my truck in with one flat tire they said was not repairable. And was trying to force me to buy 4 new tires due to they said was the manufactures recommendation which I did.
I called Dodge and they said this is not true if the truck is selectable 4 wheel drive then you can replace a single tire. I went back and got the manager on the phone with Dodge and he looked so stupid. Then goes on to say afterwords “Its Walmarts recommendation” I wrote Walmart corporate which never replied. So they do things the way they want them done with tech who are training and have no real knowledge. So please don’t take your car, truck or anything to Walmart spend a few extra bucks and take it to a real shop.

I go back today to ask if it was in lost and found. I was referred to a manager who said she’d go look. I waited 25 min and when she never came back, I asked another employee, who’s badge said team lead, where she was. I said she was going to look in L&F for my hat and he, without looking, said there’s no hat there. Something that could have taken less than a minute took 25 because…. Who cares, right? Obviously no one here because F usa month agoStore was nice and clean and organized. The employees were nice and helpful but my only are back was that they didn’t have a clearance aisle. Gotta have clearance. Otherwise good store.

I Had everything I needed, store was clean & well stocked. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Extremely bad and borderline dangerous. Stuff left in the isles, spills, employees leaving pallets and pallet jacks everywhere I mean raised up and left in the middle of the isles. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were absolutely no carts in the front they were all out in the parking lot.
Talk about under stocked.
The few times I’ve gone, they never have a full shelf of anything. They aren’t busy enough to even be considered busy, yet only a few employees will even acknowledge you.
The girl at the tire center has absolutely ZERO brain functionality whatsoever. When asked when the tire (which shows 9 available on the screen SHE PULLED UP) would be available again, she just shrugged her shoulders and said I down know. Didn’t bother to ask a supervisor or anyone when it would come in. When asked again, she said again, I don’t know. Complete moron working behind the counter I really hope she doesn’t come within 20 feet of my car. She has ZERO sense of urgency and shows no sign of her brain working at all. She’s moving in slow motion as I type this out right now. I’d expect nothing less from this walmart.
They are doing a remodel at this location it seems to be almost complete. It’s a big difference so I hope the neighborhood enjoys it. It seems to be more room in certain sections.
