First, I spoke with her on the phone, and she verified that there were models on the store floor to “test.” She also verified that the warehouse had a couch and recliner available. Upon arriving at the store, she greeted us with warmth, showed us the furniture, answered all our questions, handled, all the paperwork, and helped us set up delivery for the next day. Chris was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. Our furniture was delivered as scheduled, and we love it! It is so comfortable and looks great. When I next need new furniture, my first stop will be the Ashley Home Furniture Store.in the last weekOur experience with Jaie was excellent! She was very descriptive of each product and very attentive to our needs. I felt good about my decision because she helped every step of the way. Perfect experience4 months agoWhere’s the zero star option!? The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said… Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes… 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is “sorry” “no idea what’s going on” “we will call you in 5 minutes”…. And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience! UPDATE!Now they are saying it is going to take 7 to 10 business days to get the missing part and install it…. What in the world!

She responded promptly to my questions via text and I ended up purchasing it. It was delivered today and I love it! Not usually one to rate 5 stars but this place earned it without a doubt. The manager Chris, led a team of intentional employees who didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond. Cisco specifically, helped us through the whole process start to finish. After hours of shopping at multiple different furniture stores, we returned to Nash co where there was the best price, and an environment that made furniture shopping easy!

Had a great selection of couches at a variety of price points! Francheska was very helpful. While they work off commissions they were not pushy and just were there to help!
Family owned business with great selection of quality furniture. The staff was very helpful. James was awesome and super friendly. He wasn’t pushy and let us shop around on our own, but was never too far to answer any questions we had. We confidently purchased a new sectional on the spot that day. Definitely give Nashco a chance if you’re in the market for some new furniture and ask for James.
We had a great experience here. Francesca was so helpful and sweet! The whole team was nice to work with. This was the first place we looked for our new couch for our first home together and we fell in love with one of the firsts that we looked at. We left for lunch and to look at another place too, but actually ended up coming right back here and buying and taking home! We love our new couch and excited to build onto it as we grow and have more room!
Silvia was awesome!!!! She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about their products they offer. She was great at navigating which ones would be best for our needs. Not pushy at all and incredibly efficient!
