4 months agoI saw another review from 3 months ago, claiming the parking lot was clean and bright. If that’s true, it didn’t last long. I was absolutely shocked by the amount of garbage on the ground right outside the store. Someone tell me how this is okay??a month agoWhy does this location always look like it’s mid apocalypse?! It is a total disaster. The racks have no organization, boxes out on the floor, dressing rooms a mess. The staff is at least friendly, the only reason it got 2 stars. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to Nashville West.a month agoMy husband went to target on whitebridge rd ask service desk for help getting item off shelve they told him they didn’t do that he had to order online my husband told them he wasn’t able to get it he had a knee brace that should have been enough he has a stoma which he had to get because cancer and he doesn’t tell people which he shouldn’t have too. A man that works there not sure if a assistant manager r what did finally help but this was really bad experience u don’t know what is wrong with someone that is asking for help to get item off shelve. I was going to buy 2 but they only had 1 at that store .in the last weekGuess nobody teaches the employees to speak when asked something and most of the customers a dumb. Apparently they haven’t learned common since when a pallet is coming to move out the way5 months agoThe return policy is ridiculous. I paid with my debit card and I wanted it back in cash. They claimed the return policy had been changed recently and I would have to have it returned back on the card. The card is damaged and I am waiting on another one …debit card is basically cash..to add insult to injury it takes them 2 days to return your money to the card. Also they don’t allow exchanges .. Everything has to be given back in gift card even if you have your receipt..I was trying to exchange an exact item with another. Target loves to make things difficult.Bad business.

2 months agoI had a pickup for a phone case, when I went to get the case it was open and the product was not even the correct product for the case. I went back to guest service and told them and the blonde lady who was around 20 years old was extremely rude. I told her it’s not a big deal that online they said there is one more. She said very rudely that there isn’t. I told her I can show you online… I showed her and she goes well I don’t care I don’t have it. So I get my refund I go back there to look myself and of course they DID have it. I think the blonde girl was a manager but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The brunette older woman was very friendly though. Do better with your management.11 months agoThis store is completely unorganized and items are thrown everywhere. Too many employees standing around not working. This is ridiculous4 months agoNicole, an associate, was so rude to me when I was looking for a clothing iron. I understand it’s Memorial Day and all but the attitude from her after asking where something was, super unnecessary. Don’t understand why customer service is the worst in the nation. I work in customer service too, but try to at least be friendly and less rude. Target should do better.5 months agoI called the Nashville East location front desk Chase answered. I called because I was looking for a Graco 4 & 1 car seat. I also asked if they price matched because I had seen the same one at Walmart cheaper. Chase was Very HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH. He searched but could not match it. I would like for Target to know what a wonderful and pleasure it was to speak with this young man trying to assist me and my needs. Chase taking the time to help me and being very nice makes me appreciate shopping at TARGET. THANK YOU CHASE AGAIN5 years agoWhat a great place to shop. Would rather shop here than Walmart any day. I was SHOCKED when, after waiting at least 6 minutes (probably more) in the only non-self checkout line open (I know the time because I received a call while waiting) the employee told me her line was closed and I would have to check myself out. I said, “but I’ve been here a long time.” She didn’t care.
I understand that she wanted to go home on time, but to let me stand there for so long was unacceptable.
They also had multiple rips offs. Earlier in the day I added some towels to an online order so it would go above the feee shipping minimum. Then I saw the same towels in store for two dollars less. It would have been cheaper to pay the shipping.
And I tried on a pair of pants with a sticker over the price tag marked $30. I was curious about the original price so I gently pealed it back to find they had INCREASED THE PRICE from $25! I double checked the price on a scanner and it rang up as $30. Total rip off.
Target used to be the place to go, but it has gone downhill.
Cindy was so helpful yesterday. Went way out of her way to help us with a nightlight. Great person and employee. Thanks! Store is good. Standard Target. No complaints.
We always find great deals and have an easy time shopping at target. It’s a great store, except the past 2 trips the bathrooms have been rather gross. I would much rather take my child into a clean bathroom, that has soap available.
Target website said they had 1 of the item I needed. I called the store no less than 4 times trying to reach a human being in the department the item was in to see if the item was actually in stock. No one answered the phone, and I was hung up on every single time I called. I placed an online order to pick the item up, drove to the store and the item was out of stock. When I asked an associate to call another store to verify if the item was in stock in that store, that store did not answer either. Wasting a potential customers time is the worst form of bad customer service possible. I will be avoiding Target at all costs in the future.
Visiting from Lexington, KY and stopped to buy my daughter a pair of sandals. We ended up buying sandals made for boys so they ran smaller than usual and we had to return. This has been the easiest store return I’ve experienced. The cashier was very friendly and informative on the exchange process. He had great energy and seemed to enjoy his job and that’s hard to find these days.
