2 years agoPretty good deals in thr Five Below store. Best described as a dollar store, but with better merchandise. Most things are under $5. Store is very well lit, clean and organized. Step inside and you are sure to be greeted by a team member with a “Welcome to Five Below”.4 months agoOne of the largest and best Five Below retail stores I’ve ever seen. It is conveniently located inside the oprey mills mall so you can walk around and shop at other retailers. Most check outs are self checkout.2 months agoOf any five below I’ve been to, this one has the quickest restocks on collectible items, and they also tend to get newer items in quicker than the other surrounding locations, so….?6 months agoBrandi is an absolute customer service extraordinaire! They have what it takes to run a whole store alone and still give quality service! Not to mention amazing personality. If they weren’t already manager I’d say promote them!5 months agoQuality is about what you’d expect from a store like this but they do have good variety and since it gets a ton of traffic, it’s relatively clean and usually well staffed.

And, this store is filled with toys and goodies from the past; so whether you’re looking for that special toy you as was wanted as a child or looking to get one for you kids or grandchildren, so you reminisce about days gone by, this is your store. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.2 months agoVisited for the 1st time on 7/14 & we LOVED it! The employees were super friendly/helpful & 1 of them even explained to me at length about the proper care of pets ? ? The store was clean & everything was in its place. They allow children to discover toys without disrespecting the business & they don’t hover over the customers. I wish the prices were lower, but because of their unique selection…maybe it’s understandable. Anyway…great job, Phillips family! Excellent store. Fantastic layout, wide selection, and knowledgeable employees. Skippy was an absolute pleasure to receive help from, and he seemed to have a real passion for LEGO. I will definitely come back when I return to Nashville, as the the LEGO store in my hometown closed.
I was just browsing this day but the store still made me feel super excited to be in a Lego Store so I ended up buying a small set! Always nice and clean and plenty of items in stock. They also were still promoting some sales. Both the greeter and the check employees were SUPER nice and helpful!

Matt and Mattie are absolutely amazing!!! When I called, I could hear how BUSY the store was, but Matt was very calm and a pleasure to speak with. He calmed this mama’s nerves with ease, and helped me find what I was looking for! When we made it to the store, he and Mattie were phenomenal with my son! Giving him fist bumps and high-fives, and telling him to enjoy his new airplane. The store is clean, organized, and fun. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.
I love this place! The staff is amazing, they are super friendly and helpful. The store is super clean and always well stocked. The shelves are kept tidy and clean. I love the pick a brick wall, there’s always something new to get especially the special drawer.
