4 months agoLooked for help in plumbing department and could not find anyone for 20 minutes. While waiting/searching found item on Amazon and it will be delivered Tuesday. Wish there was a way to find help easier, if anyone knows how….please advise.3 weeks agoI had the opportunity to visit Home Depot on a busy Saturday afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I could navigate the store. The customer service department went above and beyond to assist me, particularly Helen, who was exceptionally helpful in facilitating a card verification when I realized I had left my wallet behind. Not only are all my items picked but delievery to the park spot is very fast. Great Job Team keep up the good work.a year agoA great store for your construction or remodeling needs. The staff is usually very willing to help. Bought my Traeger pellet smoker here and so far very happy with it. I can find all the accessories amd supplies I need for my grills here. They also have a decent selection of pellets for the smoker. Their tools section is also well stocked with all the major brands.

a month agoHome Depot has been my go-to for years. I love their very helpful staff and can find what I need at great affordable prices. I also enjoy going in the summer. Their plants are beautiful (the plants that I’m including in the post were tiny when I bought them) and have a great selection of grills. The one i bought, we have truly enjoyed. Can’t go wrong with Home Depot.6 months agoAlways great to shop here. Great customer service. A bit full always, from the time it opens til close. Plenty of parking. If you order it online they’ll have it ready.Downfall: their aisles are a bit to crowded when shopping. A bit dirty at times but again it’s a improvement store ???
5 months agoOn Easter Sunday, I headed to Home Depot to purchase an Electrical cord for my lawnmower and weed eater. I had the same one for nearly (6) years and since then it took a beating that I had to mend it with electrical tape. This price was reasonable at $38.58 and I even got a 10% Customer Service discount since I couldn’t find the barcode hidden inside the package where the cashier found it for me. What a Hassle!Overall, my experience shopping at Home Depot was good. Also, please have patience with New Employees that don’t know where all the items in the store are!

I place online orders several times a month, often times parts of the order will get canceled due to lack of stock. I pay with the orders with gift cards I buy with credit card points. When then items on the order gets canceled due to no stock and you pay with a gift card Home Depot gives you a store credit. The scenario above happened recently- I used the store credit to buy items that I ended up not working. I tried to return the items for a store credit and was refused because they where bought with a store credit. Thank you Home Depot for scamming me out of $200.
The women who helped me with flooring were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . The men who loaded the car were very patient and good natured. The cashier confirmed issues with the manager to make sure a transaction was correct. The manager gave a generous compensation for an incomplete box of flooring planks. This has become my 1st choice place.
Customer service representatives were informed and extremely helpful. Two representatives educated my party on ways to improve our lawn and the best method to maintain a healthy green pasture during these extremely hot temperatures. I would certainly recommend using this store for lawn care needs.
Every first Saturday of the month children get to learn how to work with hands on activities, not only can you find what you need to fix, build, or remodel your home and garden but you can also make it a family outing! Thank you Home Depot!
We went by to pick up a single-item online order (curbside pick-up), and waited for twenty minutes. After realizing no one was going to come out, I went to the order pickup counter to let them know we still had not received our purchase, and some random employee, with no name tag, offered the excuse: “It’s cause we’re training new people.” There were at least four employees standing there, chit-chatting, and no one had even begun to process our order. Unfortunately, the quality of service at this location has been on a slow decline for a while.
