in the last weekParking available but what made my day was the kind soul of a garage attendant who physically showed me on where to pick up an item I ordered. I am not from the area, nor have I ever been at the store. Stayed with me until they brought it out. I wish I would have asked his name because he really should be recognized for his undeniable wonderful customer service, representing Walmart. I wish I had time to browse the store because it looks wonderful.a month agoI went to the pharmacy and I was attended quickly . By a nice gentleman with a radiant smile . He assisted me . He also let me know the other medicine was gonna be a day longer unless if I wanted to wait . So I came the next day . Seems like it was getting prepared at the moment I got there but I had to go . He stopped me and promised it would be 10 minutes .It actually took him 5 minutes. I am so glad he was quick because I had to go to work . I didn’t catch his name but I heard a coworker call him Ishmael . Best customer service hands down sincea month agoNever buy Walmart+ subscription or order groceries from here. They send products expired for over 2 months, opened and covered in thick mold. It’s awful!a year agoIts a typical Walmart. The grocery/ fruits and veggies area were all clean and well stocked. The aisles were also clutter free but the fishing section was small and rods not well organised. A few of the units were either broken or too tangled to get to. Its a pretty busy store and the fact that it was well maintained means I’ll def return.a week agoThis store appears to always be super crowded, and it is often difficult to find staff to assist. I thought my visit would be a quick trip, but unfortunately I was very, very wrong. After finding the item that I needed, it was located on the very top row and was not easily accessible. I had to search around the store for someone to assist me. Then, when I went checked out, of course, there were long lines, and no one was available to check you out. So, I used the self checkout only for the item to ring up at a different price than what was posted. The clerk took my items when I asked him to verify it and proceeded to start helping other ppl. Tired of waiting, I went ahead and paid for the item, and as I was leaving, he had just gotten around to asking someone to verify the price. So, I had to ask him many times to give my item back bc I had already paid.My recommendation is to just go to a different Walmart or different store altogether.

a month agoIt was a surprise to find this location here, however locating the actual entrance was a different story. Apparently I came in from the wrong side, and I needed to walk down through the parking garage, travel up escalators, then at that moment I found the actual main entrance. My hope was to come here to pick-up something inexpensive for lunch. Many stores sell chicken premade sandwiches and popcorn chicken for less than $3.00. There were no chicken sandwiches but I did find the popcorn chicken halfway full. While I was walking around looking for other stuff to buy, I ran into an old friend Hernan who now works here. I hadn’t seen him in forever and we talked for a bit, and he made my day! He helped guide me to the electronics section because I wanted to checkout some tablets. I ended up just getting a bottled water, the popcorn chicken, and some candy.2 months agoLot of kinds of pies. I loved!a month agoThis is not one of my favorite Walmarts to shop from. I’m regularly at this location because I do shop and deliver and it’s always crowded, the lines move super slow, there’s no real organization of product…you can find an item in more than one place… (Like the opposite side of the store in some cases) I noticed that do this when they have overstock of certain products. Their restocking schedule is hit or miss.. One min you can’t find what you’re looking for, then turn around and it’s miraculously restocked. There is a gosh awful smell coming from the bread isle and pickle isle. I don’t know if it’s because the center refrigeration units are molded… But its a rancid stench. One positive… The bathrooms are maintained. Don’t get me wrong… You could potentially walk into a situation where its a hot mess when you have to go… But because the workers use the bathroom, the turnaround for it to be cleaned is pretty quick. Another positive, if you cant find something, all you have to do is find a worker and ask them to see if they have what you’re looking for in stock…. Most likely they will come back with what you were looking for. People never bring their shopping carts back to the shopping cart port so it’s not unlikely to have to wait for an attendant to replenish the shopping cart station. Plus side… It is a superstore!a year agoIt’s crowded, there are never enough lines, and the place is heavily disorganized. But when you need stuff late night, it’s nice to have around. I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.Update 07/27/22 Still crowded, but there are alot more registers open. The selection for beauty products disappoints me. There aren’t many black options despite this walmart being in a mostly black neighborhood. The craft section is pretty good.
2 weeks agoIf I can give 0 start I would , I ordered groceries Walmart delivery and Order said on it’s way then by the delivery time it said my order was delayed, I called customer care no help, kept calling the store no answer. Then 48 hours to cancel my order that was suppose to be delivered yesterday! I will go back to using Amazon They never disappoint me.

This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.
Great shopping experience. No unnecessary waiting time at the till. Pretty much had everything I wanted.
I am very disappointed that they do not take Apple Pay Way up to the Taylor machine for self check out and rang up about $45 worth of items just to find out that they do not take Apple Pay I am so disappointed…. And currently in 2023 their shelves are empty??♀️
My only problem is they have items locked in cabinet. You have to push button to get a clear, takes them 3-5 minutes to arrive and open. Then you go get another item and it’s locked up in cabinet, omg, same process of pushing button to get associate to come unlock cabinet. Got on my last nerves. People still going to shoplift. Need a better security plan. Wasting people’s time with this foolery. Plus some associates don’t want to take time to help customers. Why are they working there, just to stand around and chit chat with each other. Never going back to this Walmart.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT IS GONE OR SOON WILL BE.
