2 years agoNot good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.2 years agoThe store on Blue Hill ave, made sure that I was taken care off. I was very upset, with customer service. Therefore! I went back to the store which I spend over five grand. I was very upset, when I walked in the store. However! The manager Kervens, made sure I was taken care of. He also call me the next morning, with a date and a time for my delivery. Customer service, needs to get there act together.2 years agoKervens was AMAZING. 3 months ago I had purchased a bedroom set and dining table. He got me an amazing price and took his time working with me (I took a long time). He truly went over and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. 100% percent recommend coming to frugal furniture and ask for kervens6 years agoThe customer service was excellent. Irvel was very helpful and really took his time to help me. You could tell that he was well informed about the furniture both on the floor and in the books. I will definitely recommend my friends to go there to furnish their homes.5 years agoSales personnel were very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She answered any and all questions I had and walked with me through the showroom and explained the credit program and what I needed to qualify!! Very clean and well laid out showroom! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend to this furniture at store. The only reason I didn’t rate 5stars is I think they should have booklets and brochures to take with me instead of having to look up online.

Came from Rhode Island and it was worth the trip sales helped a lot and was very patient with me I did buy from here before a few years back
The furniture suppose to arrive on Thursday which I believe that makes a week or so but it I receive a call if I wanted it 1 day early yup comparing this to all the other delivers I had from other furniture store that never comes on time, I am diffently coming back here.
The reason I bought from here is because I seen a few reviews about the Donlen love seat and wanted to try it out and bought it, I am glad I did it
I perfer this place ovar many others as you can feel the respect they give the customer as they walk in and yes thank the delivery was fast and on schedule
