I had purchased furniture previously from them before and was happy with my salesperson and the service he provided. The salesman, Luis was very personable and patient. Answering all our questions and making suggestions. He is a REAL ASSET to your company and I just want you to keep him and acknowledge the good customer service that he puts forth representing you. He was absolutely wonderful. Not pushy and supplying us with all we asked for. Allowing us time to make decisions. This is what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like. Luis is a keeper. Thank you.2 months agoIt started with a hello, and I thought great, another pushy sales guy. But once I gazed into his eyes I knew that Hector was the sales person for me. Hector simply asked what I was looking for, then made some great suggestions that lead me to my final purchase. 4 months ago1st time shopping at Ashley’s. Came into Tomahawk Island location and was warmly greeted by Joy and she proceeded to assist me in selecting a power lift chair. Joy was knowledgeable about the product and features. She made the purchase process simple and easy. Will come back to Ashley’s Tomahawk Island and Joy to assist me on any future furniture or home accessories needs.a month agoSTAY AWAY. The low ratings are all very real! I wish I had read them all before ever purchasing anything from this particular store. I never leave reviews so this is pretty serious if I’m actually leaving this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the worst store ever! Customer service is awful! The sales reps are great…but the manager and her assistant are the absolute worst. We bought sofas here and they are awful! We bought insurance and are still being given the runaround for things that are covered under the insurance! That’s fine—dealing with it. We decided to give them another chance and just bought a bed from them and when received we realized that what they sold us was the wrong size bed…an actual wrong product! We called to see if we can get the actual bed we bought and they told us…and I kid you not… “there’s nothing we can do for you.” All we asked for is the bed we ordered because they know they misrepresented the product they sold and they refuse to work with us. When we tried to explain this to customer service in the store, the “assistant” laughed at us! They then blamed it on us and said because we’ve had it for 2 weeks that it’s our fault and the pieces were somehow messed up. EXCEPT THE BED WAS PUT TOGETHER BY THEIR TECHS, STILL HAS TAGS ON, ANDDDD WE HAVEN’T EVEN MOVED IN YET SO IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED! They just laughed. It is a damn shame that this is what customer service has come to. They have absolutely NO customer service etiquette. We weren’t asking for a refund—we were simply asking for the product we ordered!!! Cannot believe the terrible customer service we experienced. Absolutely sickening how they laughed and gave us a runaround. My foot can easily fall through this gap (same size gap on both sides)…a huge safety issue! Do NOT go to this store. Worst by far! Again, the reps are great…but the manager and her minion are the nastiest two people I have ever worked with or purchased anything from. It is a shame if Ashley’s allows this to happen. A damn shame. Go literally anywhere else. Anywhere.in the last weekJoy is such an amazing sales associate. She was very friendly and helped with getting the perfect price for my dream couch. We ended up buying a new living room set and a new bedroom set. Lance is great!! Very helpful! Helped us with measurements and monthly payments. The pictures are of what we purchased. The manager helped us out with a nice little early morning deal! Can’t wait for our delivery.3 weeks ago2 stars so far because we have yet to get our furniture. When it finally comes I will have a better final rating. I bought a couch set over a month ago, we were told and sent a confirmation email 3-5 days ago about delivery being today. I called for an ETA on the delivery time. The lady on the phone said that, the furniture was not coming today and to disregard the confirmation email that was sent. While I understand that stuff happens sometimes. I do no understand how a company does not communicate with the customer to let them know that the furniture is not being delivered that day it was promised. I was not given a new delivery date. Communication is key between a company and the customer.

Aaron provided us with phenomenal service. Wife and I shopped for a new rocking/recliner chair for our nursery! He was knowledgeable & had great patience while we debated between two chairs. Aaron was also understanding of us making another stop & look around at another store to check all our options. He made the purchasing process easy if we decided to purchase the chair without returning to the store. We ended up coming back & comparing the chairs again. Made an informed final decision, again thanks to Aaron’s patience & understanding.
