4 months agoThis store is a mess. Dirty scuffed floors, racks so close it’s a clear ADA violation. Soft lines in every area have bare shelves, clothes all over the floor, esp in Women’s, no one was working fitting rooms, signage was skewed in cosmetics and falling down. Why did they upgrade this store, then let it go? There’s no consistent visual merchandising here, mannequins without complete outfits, accessory and purse tables were full off merch from other areas. Saw a “we’re hiring” sign. They need a lot of help and some corporate attention, because This store is just a total disaster.3 months agoLisa the employee was extremely rude. Not only did my check out machine have troubles, but she made me repeat three times I had used no cash yet before making me stand there for 20 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Not a single you can use a different register or let me check you out first and I’ll fix that later. 20 minutes I was standing there. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back. When she was checking me out she was almost angry she had to count my bills. I’m sorry it’s your job sweetheart.a month ago9/10/23 This store needs a LOT of help! The aisles are messy and unkempt, and the clothing areas have loads of clothing just strewn all over the place. No one seems to care what the store looks like or how they present themselves either, because I saw multiple employees with red T-shirts on that were very inappropriate and not in connection with Target’s signature uniform. I even saw an employee wearing a red shirt with the sleeves cut off!! It looked horrible! Management needs to get it together over there!4 months agoReally bad customer service at return and exchange. I got my Father’s Day gift last night with a big cup from target. When I was trying to return my cub and they told me my return without recipe reach to the limit of 100$?$&@$$ I don’t why they add this new rule, but they are welling to override the retune for me and give me 19.99$ gift card. When I went to find the cup and the price is 29.99$. I went back to ask him why you only return 19.99$, and he said something I can’t understand. I asked him to cancel this return and I can ask my wife to return it.I don’t think Target should treat customers this way. We had a good reason for the return.
I went to talk with the manager of the store and explained what happened. She went to front desk and figured out that the exchange person made a mistake of entering wrong products to the company.
I really am disappointing with this just happened.
10 months agoDirty. Disorganized. And whoever designed the “modern” layout of this store should be fired. It’s hard to find anything you’re looking for and the layout is frustrating and confusing.

a month agoTwo cashiers, but 40 people waiting for self-service. I don’t work for Target, and I don’t work for free. I’m never going to come back here. I can get customer service from other stores that offer the same thing, and appreciate the fact I give them business.a month agoIt’s target!! They always have a huge selection of different things for every need. It’s clean and the employees are helpful whenever I need a question answered. I can even rack up little target gift cards and points for purchases. Starbucks inside for those casual day off shopping trips. Halloween fun at a budget price. Everything is good here. I have yet to have any negative vibes here…great experience every time.2 weeks agoCustomer service has long lines, today was much better. I guess if you go late evenings they have no lines. Make sure you have your receipts do that it’s faster to get your refund or store credit. There was bare shelves in all departments other than clothing. There was almost nothing halloween left to choose from. I like buying the up and up brand stuff because their quality is just the same like their medications. I’m not sure if most of their shelves are empty maybe lack of employees or on line ordering. ? I do prefer target to go inside rather than Walmart I just wish their prices were better like theirs.2 months agoShelves are empty. Prices posted on shelf does not reflect price after ringing up. Looong line for self check out and only 2 cashiers with long lines. No o e assuring I. Self check out. Assure ce came from customer service desk; then assistance wasn’t correct. Had to go back to store after leaving and going over receipt2 months agoI will give this Target a zero star if I could. And I don’t recommend this place. They have a lot of problems with gift cards. I never heard that before about gift cards has a limit to used. I got money inside the card but they won’t let me to use it!! And the manager BRY she got a really bad attitude for the costumers. I will never go back to this place!!!

Just a typical Target. I’m not a big fan of Target as a whole, but live their clothing section. I visited this location for some quick shopping. It was almost the closing time when I checked in. I found exactly what I was e looking for. The store was almost empty at it was the closing time. They had multiple security personnel, and police in the store. Some of them reminded to find stuff quickly as they were about to close! I haven’t seen this before in any other Target/ or any other supermarket! Otherwise everything was pretty usual, just like you see in any other locations.
They have Disney sections.! Toys, kids clothes and other stuffs. Actually a lots of Disney stores were going out business. I was sad. Target took a Disney store. I can buy and see items. I love it. Crews are kind they have a lot of seasonal stuffs. Store is clean and neat. Parking lot is big enough. Close to I-5 freeway this location. I love this Target store.
Location is alŵays clean & well laid out. Plenty of employees visible if you need assistance, or have a question. Merchandise always displayed beautifully, products on trend, within budget & quality decent. Seasonally, the best items around & the bargain dollar area near entrance is fantastic. Target grocery area is inviting, compact, yet thoroughly shop-worthy.
This store is very cluttered. Everything is unorganized. Items are placed randomly. Prices are inaccurately priced. When you go to register it’s is $5 more than the listed price. There are enough checkers. That was a good plus. Just can’t find people to help you find things. You can be standing by the assistant box for a long while.
Nice Target in the area. Grocery section was good and well stocked.
