2 weeks agoThey had what I needed, always a plus. And, Even though they were busy I didn’t have to wait very long in the check out line. One of the employees in lumber told me I would have to wait to get two sheets of drywall, which we were right there. But I’m capable of loading them myself. Just would’ve made my experience there a 5 Star experience.a month agoThis location is neat and clean, and stocked well! They had adequate, and Friendly staff to assist the steady flow of customers. I went in for a few things, found them all relatively quickly and at very competitive prices!in the last weekLove my 10% military discount. Bought a 22KW Generac standby generator and Comfort Dynamics installed it for way less than other companies wanted.2 months agoThe experience tonight was awful. I was basically accused of being a thief I see 75% markdowns 90% markdowns all the time at Home Depot and the customer service people are usually very nice. This was not the case tonight the fact that the words last prevention was mentionedand what I thought would’ve been a 25 minute stop at Home Depot turned out to be an hour and 15 minutes . The manage says let’s go see where you got these fasteners from . I said so “you don’t believe me ?” His response was “ you could have taken the picture at another store “ ………… (the meta data on these pictures does not reflect a different location )a month agoI went to this Home Depot to purchase a power tool. The tool I needed wasn’t on display and nor were all of the tools in that and a few more sections. Just pictures. I found the one I needed and asked for help to get it because it was locked up. And that’s ok because I know the store is trying to keep theft down. The problem is, l asked twice and no one showed up! So now I’ll just go to another Home Depot or just order it from Amazon.

8 months agoOne of my favorite stores, and they are very helpful ,brought a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, for a really good price, very satisfied, back in July got the special discounts, brought microwave countertop Monday 02-26-23 midsized for a really good price,the salesman/manager that’s been there for 4 months he was at the bartlett store, But he was really really helpful, love that energy hope he stays, everyone works at this store is always very kind and helpful ?in the last weekthese mo foes are worthless – called and no one could help me let alone muster enough umph to try to make a positive customer experience. Home Depot – how far you have fallen! You are only as good as the employees you have…..and you know where I stand at this point.4 months agoI ended up having to go to this particular Home Depot because they were the only ones that had two of the very cheapest 20 inch lawn mowers available and all of Memphis and of course that they’re locked up constant theft issues I understand had to go to customer service because there was not one Home Depot associate in the whole area of that lawn and garden side and or the tools and so on and so forth finally after going to the customer service desk two times waiting in line to ask to send someone over there so that I could purchase one of the mowers total time 1 hour if I didn’t need a lawn mower that badly that day I wouldn’t even have bothered I certainly won’t be using that one it’s just a it’s a mess and nobody seems to have any concern whatsoever about the customers that’s just my personal experience but I saw other people were having issues as well so I won’t be going back to that one4 months agoWe ordered new appliances on 5-31-23. They promised to deliver them on 6-14-23, we still don’t have our new appliances cause they delivered them to the wrong address,,,,,,,twice. The young lady that helped us was very unattenentive and didn’t putt the right address in. She was on her phone while helping US UNACCEPTABLE I will never go Home Depot again for anything, screws,glue,nails,wood,paint, nothing4 months agoWent in to pick up items needed at my house. Found what I was looking for with ease. No long lines, friendly associate waited on us as we were out in 30 minutes.

I went in and purchased a lift chair, ordered on line by the sales person….and a gas range…..paid for both on Dec 3. I have gotten nothing but the runaround since. I paid for installation of new range, and hall away of old range. The young man said there was a problem with my pipe…they have a free service that will send plumber to repair…then I need to call back for install.. The new stove was left in the middle of my kitchen.. The lift chair is inoperable, been talking with store and UPS to get it picked up…its to heavy for me to take back myself..set up pick up 3 times…still in box in my living room.Getting someone to answer the phone is near impossible. When it was answered I was hung up on 4 times, transferred, put on hold, etc. I have spoken with so called supervisors, rude associates, some not rude, but told me they couldn’t do anything and would pass it on.I spoke with someone named Tristan, one of the supervisors somewhere. He worked with me, offered an inconvenience refund, very nice young man. Still no results with either purchase. I have chatted on an online chat for days…everyone saying the same thing. Some of the customer service reps beat me getting an attitude, and became annoyed with me. I threatened to call corporate, but that’s a waste of time as well. I asked to have all merchandise picked up and to refund me. No results. Today I asked to have the fees for install and haul away refunded…I was told this would happen…but rudely done. The young lady told me I don’t have to wait on a free service,, I can pay someone myself to do it……that was the last straw.. She’s correct….I could have,, I have no problem with that.I had trouble with carpet installation last year and should have known better than to go there again. that. All Customer service doesn’t work for everyone. The delivery and installers they use are just as rotten as home depot is….and home depot knows it. I paid in good faith….you would think a company as big as this would make an effort to stick to their slogan. My complaint will fall on deaf ears. And they won’t miss my little money, but I will never buy even a thumb tack from here again. “Home Depot cares”……..?
so so, hard to get people to help you and you spend most of your time in there trying to find the person who works in the area so you can get the help you need. Associates who tell people that its not their ares either need to convince the place to change its customer service requirements; or, make sure everyone there knows the stores areas well enough to provide help when people ask. Home Depot: Our time is just as valuable as yours.
This Home Depot was a very nice experience. Being a Veteran I love the service member parking. I had to ask for directions for the item I was looking for and the employees were very nice and helpful. Even when it came time to check out.
I can remember when customer service was a thing. People would smile, ask you if you needed any help. That’s clearly not the case any more! If you hate the job so bad…
Then quit! One person actually stopped me and asked me if I needed any help. Then at check out. The lady didn’t speak or smile.. she just gave me the price, then looked at me with a blank look on her face.
Nice friendly knowledgeable employees. You don’t have to search for help like in some locations… They ask you can I help you find something? If its not their department they will direct you to the Department and find the person in that department. They ask did you find everything you needed? If there is something comparable at a lower price they will suggest it.
This store is always well stocked.
