How good is Bunnings. This one is a decent size too. They had the sausage sizzle stand out front on the day. Came to buy paint and supplies. I had an idea of what I was after but didn’t really know what brands to choose. A really helpful staff member helped me with my paint and trim selection, gave me advice on rollers and an extension pole to buy and gave me tips on how to clean and store the rollers for later use. Very happy with the service & prices.

I knowingly purchased christmas lights and you wont guess what happened? They actually worked!!! Almost like I was recieving a product, that I had actually paid for… Its a perplexing conundrum when you realise something you purchased is doing exactly what youpu paid the retailer to supply… I propose thusly…… BUNNINGS WAREHOUSE!!

This store are always welcoming and dog friendly. While not all prices are low in unique categories, they are convenient and stock most items needed. Only a couple of times I have had an issue and they were rectified rapidly and professionally. This is a great store, conveniently located and overall, very happy.

Wow! I have to say I have purchased many items over the years and have been happy with the services provided. On this occasion my wife and I met Quinn and he exceed all our expectations. He quickly become invested in our outdoor feature project. He was super keen to assist to make us feel confident with the knowledge he was able to share. BIG Thank you to QUINN & Bunnings. Happy New Year!

Came late in the afternoon, I was informed by Mitch who was in the area, that the trade desk had closed. This was as he was leaving, presumably at the end of his shift.

He could of continued on, redirected me or became annoyed as others would,

He instead took time to go through my inquiry and helped iron out the details for an order I have in the system. He was willing, keen and knowlegdeable

Great work deserves recognition, thanks mate.

Going to Bunnings and not getting a sausage on bread and a can of soft drink is like going to Disneyland and not looking at Mickey Mouse. If I ever win the lottery, I’m going to Bunnings to buy everything I want. If only the news agency would sell me the correct numbers.

Would give a million stars if I could, after not understanding the real size of our car my partner had to rush home and swap cars and I was stuck alone in the car park well after closing and two amazing souls stayed with me to keep me safe. The service was also amazing when I wasn’t outside with a giant box. Lots of love to this very compassionate team♥️ was too nervous to grab their names but I do really hope they get all the recognition they deserve♥️♥️♥️

Mostly Met with nice staffs. Anyway, this morning I met with wrong person who did not respond me when I said Good Morning, I didn’t know she was on her mobile (or RF scanner), so I said again “excuse me” but she responded highly tune “give me time”. I just said “Sorry/No problem” & left her (not young anymore woman).

Hopefully she understand code of conduct and willing to change her service better.

Anyway, you have lots many great and polite staffs.

I had the most amazing experience today. I’m disabled and not very mobile. I also have low muscle tone, so carrying things is difficult.

I went to the warehouse to buy some flat packed boxes. I needed 12 of them. Way too heavy to carry. I asked for assistance, and a very nice man, Tristan, helped me out. He helped locate the stock, put them on a trolley, wheeled the trolley to the front, and put them in the car.

100% satisfied with the service. I will definitely keep coming back for my DIY needs.

    Thanks, Bunnings Brown’s Plains.

This is the best Bunnings I’ve visited, it’s absolutely huge! And I mean huge! I’m sure it has whatever you need, in fact there is too much choice which I don’t suppose is a bad thing for the consumer. I went in for garden tools and couldn’t make up my mind on what to buy as there was so much to choose from! The place was pretty busy but I managed to get through self checkout without queueing which was a bonus. I’ll be using this Bunnings as my go to whenever I need anything DIY or garden in the future.

  1. It’s big and it has lots of variet for the inspired handyperson or professional tradie. Trying to find exactly what you want can be a challenge. Trying to find a staff member who can help you might be your biggest challenge. Plenty of undercover parking where you will find the famous bunnings sausage sizzle on the weekends.

  2. Worst bunnings experience ever.

Under staffed. Staff clueless staff unhelpful. No staff around to help.

3x staff said they would look after me after their current customer,3x they went to someone else next.

Had to go to tool shop and wait in line for 5mins to get someone to have 1min to help me… then they dend me to service desk and then service desk send me all the way back to the item where i had to wait for someone to come and get the item down.

Waiting to wait…. much time to sit and be annoyed and write this review..

Waiting and Walking around i found a step… I’ll get it down myself…

    Far CRY from Ballarat Bunnings…

  3. Massive store with lots of variety and friendly staff. Plenty of car parks with covered parking as well. There’s a small playground next to the cafe which is located down the left-hand side of the store when you walk

  4. Great store and best cafe I have been to. Nice and cool facility and especially Dez at Cafe inside is amazing with coffee making and service. I easily found everything I was after. Probably the best Bunnings in the area.
