My favourite place to shop. Can spend hours looking around. There are days it’s hard to find a staff member but on the whole it’s an easy store. Plant section really good.

Bunnings is Bunnings-a place you go to buy stuff you need if you can find it. And when you do finally find it, it’s in a pack of 6 or more or a multi size pack that you have yo buy 4 of to get the 4 of one size you need. But they are mostly convenient to get to with plenty of parking. Staff are generally friendly and as helpful as they can be (experience isn’t good with some of the younger ones). For the items I generally buy, it’s a one-stop shop.

I visited this store last weekend. What amazing staff. Thank you to Jay and Evie in the paint department. Such a demanding job, but they still went over and beyond matching paint to touch up a new product I sell in my small business. They really showed interest in supporting and resolving my dilemma. You rarely find this in customer service. While doing this, they still ensured to serve all other customers!!!! well done guys and thankyou.

The aisles are wide, the shelves are stocked, and the staff are helpful, if not a bit overworked. You’ll find everything you need for your next home improvement project, but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. It’s Bunnings, what more can you say?

I do love Bunnings. This is a big store. The staff are always super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and location of items. My only issue is that lately their garden power tool selection seems to have gone drastically downhill. Seems the entire section is now mostly ryobi, some ozito, a few makita and then a couple of other “token” ones. I can only assume they are trying to handball people off to another of the Wesfarmers owned companies like “tool kit depo”. Pretty annoying as Bunnings used to be the one stop shop for everything. Apart from the garden tool section, the rest of the store has a variety of products

Huge store, friendly service, great staff knowledge, pretty much everything in stock. Plants were mostly in goid condition but could use a little more tlc in this warmer weather. Trade part though is a bit average, didn’t have a trained cutter available when needed. Service attendant at that counter was not helpful at all.

Brett -a man at painting desk. Absolutely amazing. Not very often it happens when i visit specialists departments and shop assistant gives you very professional advice. If you need the best advice i highly recommend Brett at Windsor Gardens. Thank you.

Pretty good, back when I was a wee lad I used to lay some pipe here. Back in 2013 I hit and killed a pedestrian in my car and never went to jail for it.

  1. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. There was a really nice man who helped me from the garden section I can’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable, kind and gave me all the information I needed for what I asked. The lady in the self serve helped me pack my bags and was a very attentive staff member. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and how efficient the staff are here. Beautiful selection of plants for my garden ??????

  2. I took my daughter for one of the kids workshops on Tuesday and she had so much fun! Lauren was wonderful and very inviting. She made our first experience absolutely amazing.

  3. Met Zen at Bunnings Mile End after a bit of a run around looking for steel braces for a ceiling project. Extremely helpful, exceptional knowledge and pointed us in the right direction. Once again met Zen, this time looking for floor boards and offered us his wealth of advice. Thank you Zen for the advice and the friendly banter. One of Bunnings valued employees

  4. We bought a lot of plants for our gardens and 5×50 kilo bags of Osnicote potting mix.
We had to ask garden staff on many occasions for advice and they all obliged with very good advice on the plants that were best suited to the weather conditions where they are to be put in the ground. Bunnings are one of the only few who give you a 12month guarantee that the plants will survive and thrive and if they die in the 12month period Bunnings will either replace or refund your money. They’re good to deal with.

  5. Bunnings is Bunnings everywhere. However, the car park is tricky to negotiate, and I was surprised that an Ozito product advertised on the Web was not available in store. Great staff and Cafe with a nice selection of reasonably priced food.
