Massive Bunnings with a very large outdoor area for plants and trees. Loads of planters and pots available with more expensive clay pots or cheaper plastic ones also available. Loads of flowers for outdoors and lighting too. Super helpful staff who have knowledge on some of the plants and trees too. All reasonably priced compared to other shops. Everything you need for your garden worth a visit. Also sells seasonal decorations. It also has a cafe for snacks and coffee as well as bathrooms.

Large hardware store. Friendly staff. In addition to finding all kinds of parts for your home fixes or DIY works, this store also has a cafe, kids playground, key cutting service, nursery, hire equipment and public toilets. If you’re looking for general items, I’d recommend comparing prices with Kmart, BigW, Woolworths or coles first before heading in here, they’re not always the cheapest. Plenty of free parking spots available. Partners with flybuys.

Got my plumbing supplies. Team member approached to offer help. Nice service! Big store. Dont trust the app for stocks or location. It sent me to aisle 101 when it was in aisle 7. Lol Pets welcome. EDIT: Score! Sausage Sizzle today!!! ? EDIT: The app sent me to the wrong aisle again. It cannot tell the difference between the ‘home’ location, and a temp ‘pop-up’ aisle display.

Was able to get a “pot” of help from the staff here. Great staff and easy access to the plant area. A worker (Darcie, i think) really stood out and was able to help me find the right plant i need. Def would recommend this Bunnings to my friends 🙂

Went there for some repair material. Decided to get something to eat. Although Cafe wasn’t as busy, it took like 5 minutes to give my order I was confused about the person who served me, wearing a tag that reads: Paint Expert, but she was serving food!!???. The Flat white coffee wasn’t hit enough for my liking, ..its a hardware store after all…

Mostly busy every time I visit this store. Not enough staff on the floor and when you find one it could be a hit or miss with their assistance. It’s been better over my last couple of visits though so there must be an improvement in the system. This store has a huge range of products and is close to my place hence convenient.

Always a pleasure, being a “girl”, I love that they have specialists their for aisles X, Y, Z to assist and the door staff are always helpful to direct you to any product that you want. They’re excellently trained. As big as it is, you can always get or find help. I even think that they might have a few staff at allocated at the aisles that they specialise in to specifically help us. Being such a big place, you’d expect it to be difficult to find assistance. Well done Bunnings.. aka McEwans…lol.don’t bother generation Y..before your time!!

There are a few very helpful staff and others who know where items are. For the helpful and knowledgeable staff this always make a difference thank you. In gardening there was a qualified person who helped understand the errors of a landscaper, what could have become a disaster!!

  1. Very large Bunnings with a huge range. Our first visit, so took us a while to find our way around. We didn’t have time to explore all sections, but we will return. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large car park.

  2. Secret Stinkers ruined my marriage. Please don’t leave me Gloria, it wasn’t me who broke wind in all of the storage containers. It was the employees after they drank the prison wine made from rotting oranges, which caused them to forget to load the nail gun for Russian Roulette, which on reflection was lucky for them but not for me. Don’t go Gloria, I need you. I don’t know how to use the washing machine.

  3. Hey Google, Susan here. Last Friday I had the absolute burden from the hubby to go out and grab a lawnmower for mowing our lawns. I was absolutely mortified as typically my husband, Prince, does the “manly” chores around the house, but as he is on a boys trip in Mildura, it was up to good old Sue to handle the unkept lawn. Typically, I’d be a little bit concerned by Prince going up for a golf trip, but between Prince’s assurance, and our couples counselling sessions, I trust him whole heartedly.

Anyhow, Yoseph from the lawnmower section was very kind hearted and patient with my line of questioning to decipher which Lawnmower would be appropriate for my lack of experience and knowledge in the field. Speaking of knowledge in the field, with all of these golf trips Prince has been going on, I’d hope he’d be playing in a professional tournament sooner rather than later… haha. Better that then entertaining the temptation of the young bartenders at our local pub just 5 years prior.

I was honestly just planning on getting the cheapest one, as to me, I thought all lawnmowers and grass did the same thing, and it was corporate greed that determined the pricing of these household essentials. Yoseph asked me about the type of grass I have in my back and front yard in order to determine which lawnmower was the appropriate selection for me. When I called to confirm with hubby (he can get a little bit antsy when I spend money without his permission, but he can go on boys trips with his boys whenever he feels like it), he failed to pick up the phone (again), however Yoseph had provided me with enough information to make the right decision and I felt very comfortable in making the purchase, an unusual feeling. (Not how Prince typically makes me feel when I spend a little bit “too much money”, even though I look after the kids and take them to soccer and pick them up from school, even whilst our little “incident” was taking place. He always seems to be “staying back at work” or “at a conference” whenever I need him to be picking up the little ones from school. But that was in the past now, I’m really not concerned. I know a lot of people would be a little bit hesitant to let their other half go on another boys weekend, and even let them extend another week or so, but not me, I’m stronger than that.)

Thank you so much to Yoseph for making me feel so at ease during what would typically be a daunting experience for me to purchase a lawnmower all by myself, I’m glad to see good old customer service still exists in some places.

  4. What a shame that your elderly cafe staff serving this afternoon is a borderline racist! Pretending not to hear my order (and believe me, my voice is loud!), and then enunciating “Mocha” in her loud Australian accent to depict her superiority ? followed by a heavy sigh which I’m sure her ancestors would have heard too! Dear Hoppers Crossing Bunnings, I do love your shop and your floor staff are wonderful. However, kindly request that you follow  through on your impeccable customer service to your cafes. It really is a put off!

  5. Just wanted to buy a measuring tape from the tool shop around 4pm today and was guided away all the way to isle 32 which is the pet section by a lady at the tool shop who goes by the name “Kelly” (The one whose hands are covered with tattoos).
Understand if it’s a honest mistake but I don’t think it was as she took sometime to look it up on her device! Something for the management to look into.
