Handy, large parking area outside and easy access from quieter back streets.2 months agoI’ve never seen a supermarket which constitantly has empty or near empty shelves, Mondays are by far the worst and the problem is not the staff but I believe upper management not allowing store managers to employ sufficient staff to stock the shelves, unfortunately Woolworths aren’t much better. Litteraly just saw customer pay 30 dollars for ciggerates I am next ask for 20 cash out old lady Brown hair at info desk says we have no cash. I ask what about the 30 she just pa8d u she says that’s for our customers will be calling head office wh e they are open
Had a very nice security guard stand guard for my E-scooter + 2 other scooters inside the main doors for me on a rainy day. She was that lovely, I’d let her keep my scooter if she was to steal it ?
This is my favourite Coles in town. The fresh produce is the best here, and they rarely have low stock. The staff here are usually nice and the store is often presented well.
Sometimes, there are empty boxes on the ground, which staff don’t pick up while they’re walking around the store. I’ve seen two elderly people trip because of this. Would love to see this communicated to the team.
Most staff are usually helpful. Always a quick shop in the City. ???♂️
