3 years agoThis store is conveniently located in a shopping center that has even more shopping centers very close by. The item they carry are pretty decently priced with good quality. This branch seemed a bit small, though, to be honest, because I have been to one in Kakaako/Ward store before. Went last week and to my horror some women’s 4 kids all under the ages of 7 running around the store touching all the toys playing with them all running around store with soiled diapers crying people bringing dogs in the store here too ! came back a week later today toys in the same order and on the floor, it just smells in here and so dirty Worst tj max on island!11 months agoMy go to TJ Maxx on Oahu. The workers are always friendly and even helpful. Every time I go I have a good experience. On my most recent trip, the cashier even helped me choose a top out of the 2 I was debating on. ?

a month agoThe store was layered out nicely and easy to shop around. Everything was clean, shiny floors. I like shiny floors. The wait in line was painfully long. Lots of items to spontaneously purchase though.2 months agoHas everything you need at this location except makeup. The shelves had limited stock of anything. A few lipsticks, palettes of eyeshadow, liner and mascara. (Must not have gotten order).Sale clerks were all friendly.
4 months agoTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a handbag and it was kind of damaged, I asked this lady for a discount because of that and she told me she couldn’t EVEN THOUGH it was a little damaged. It was a cute handbag so I just bought it FULL PRICE. I work in retail and if it’s kind of damaged, u got to give a discount AT LEAST 10 percent off. She was giving me attitude for no reason and i just wanted to buy a bag. I gave her the money and she told me “u can see the price here” with an attitude even though I gave her the amount. I know working in retail sucks but At least try to look happy. I barely go here too and I am disappointed about the lack of respect towards paying customers.3 months agoFriendly cashiers. Quick check-out. Nice, organized merchandise displays. Very unique, pretty, good quality items. New merchandise received frequently. Store inventory always changing. Clean store environment.2 months agoBought some clothes for our 2 grandsons 9 yrs. And 4 yrs. And 2 dolls for our granddaughter!!… Very happy with whst I bought!! ❤️

Lots of staff keeping shelves and displays tidy.
I love this T.J. Maxx at Ward Village. It’s probably the best one I have been to, better than those on the Mainland. Friendly employees and great selections of merchandise. I need to bring a bigger luggage on my next trip.
Roxie in the jewelry dept thought her conversation about her health (stem cell treatments) and having her friend at the counter “guess my age”, was more important than checking out a customer. She stated that she only can assist w/ check-out if one purchases jewelry. When jewelry and a pair of shoes was presented to her at the counter, she stated she can only ring up the earrings. If this is actual store policy, it is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. Roxie would benefit from staying home and collecting disability, she was useless as an employee.
It’s definitely one of my favorite stores in the world next to Target!!! I could spend so many hours in this store!

Why is it I am always in a TJMAXX when my friends message me….? I don’t know. Perhaps that’s how often I frequent the joint.

The parking was easy in the garage. Plenty of parking many levels. Was greeted immediately. The store was very clean and organized. I was very pleased with the selection. I have never seen a TJ Maxx with so much items in stock this TJ Maxx I was impressed of our plans to come here again when I can my daughter had a kick out of the toy aisle
