2 months agoGood inventory. Just changed colors in my bedroom and I found everything I needed at TJ max2 months agoI have been a regular customer of this TJMaxx store in Farmington in New Mexico. It is about a 35-minute drive from Durango, Colorado where I live, but I always love the long scenic drive from Durango to Farmington. One beautiful day, an awful experience happened in this particular TJ MAxx store. There was this incubus terrible cashier with a loud voice who was working at cashier or register N0.2 assisted me that day. She’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had nonetheless. I have politely asked her if she could break my $5 bill and she refused, knowing that I already bought a lot of items that day and paid. They could have easily checked using their bill machine reader if my $5 bill was legitimate. I told her that they always allowed me to get some change everytime I come to visit and shop….And she just gave me an attitude with her visibly annoyed loud voice. I looked at her incredulously and I couldn’t believe the sheer audacity of her attitude, she just showed me that day. It was straight from out of some awful racist movie…Obviously, she was very inconsiderate and I can sense that she didn’t have a critical thinking ability. She was so presumptuous. Her rudeness to me was not only offensive but was noticed by other customers and employees ( Who seemed complicit and stoic) whom I imagine she’s supposed to be modeling behavior for. I thought to myself I love this store and I shopped here regularly for years and I am not going to let some idiot cashier to destroy that. So I’ll just nodded politely with disappointment. The management might want to re-evaluate who they put in cashier/customer service because with that relatively tall, heavy set sarcastic woman with a capital B personality to match? I think they’re false advertising any sense of excellence. They should bring back the previous manager Maria. She was very nice and absolutely has an excellent customer service skills.4 months agoLove this store. I always find new and trendy inventory in stock. Plenty of space to shop and the kitchen finds are so beautiful. I shop here once a week.2 months agoThere is no motivation. They tell us we need us to meet our goals on TJX. Ppl are quitting. My DM tells me he is not going to promote because I’ve asking about my vacation pay. I’m a Navajo woman& a veteran. What am I missing?5 months agoGood assortment of quality items at discount prices. What they have in stock is always a bit of a grab bag, but they usually have what I’m looking for.

The “ladies” at the registers have horrible attitudes as though they are doing me a favor by taking my money. Also heavy face paint and false eyelashes don’t disguise an ugly demeanor. Too bad, I used to like this store. The mature lady with the European accent was very helpful and nice, I’m sorry to include her in this bad review.

It’s small, but it had Innesfree, The Saem, & Nature Republic skin care products. I found 2 pair of Lucky pants that fit. So I bought them.
Nothing but shoplifters!!!. The company needs to protect their employees and customers with new policies and or new procedures. These thieves are using store shopping cart as a weapon. They load the shopping carts with merchandise and as customers are walking into the store these thieves push the shopping cart into the customers as they attempt to exit the store with the stolen merchandise… I noticed what they were doing and after several attempts I decided to stopped them by standing in front of them and saying “don’t even think about it”!!.. I also said if you’re not embarrassed to steal then you’re not embarrassed for me to take photos of you and post them all over Facebook…. I told the staff since you can’t do anything about it I will… These people think that they’re entitled to take whatever they want while others have to pay.. Nobody is holding them accountable and they know it!!!!
I told them I would be waiting outside for them…. which I did…
Good News!! They decided to leave the shopping cart and merchandise inside the store.
What happened to the Men’s Department? It’s a complete mess and there is only casual and athletic gear. 3 dress shirts on hangers. All while. Looking for a blue dress shirt but there was NONE. No selection.
Lots of housewares and women’s shoes and clothes. Sounds like yet another retailer NOT catering or caring about the guys.
I was looking for a new comforter set and they did not have much of a variety. The line was extremely long. But the store was nice looking.
I visited the store tonite and was helped by Laura in the jewelry. department. she was really easy to talk to. Thanks Laura!!
