4 months agoTj Maxx was fun, but they have drastically reduced the amount of make up and facial moisturizers that they sell. Also, the clothing was more toward young aged high school kids. I found some hella fresh kicks for like, a fraction of the price they would be at Foot Locker. I also copped some fresh threads, like a dope hoodie and some fly jeans. The selection was off the hook, and the prices even better. I would definitely recommend TJ Maxx to anyone looking for a great deal on some fresh gear. I was like, “Yo, check out these kicks!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, those are hella fresh!” We were like, “We gotta cop those!” So we did. Then we went to the clothes section and I was like, “Yo, check out this hoodie!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, that’s dope!” We were like, “We gotta cop that!” So we did. We were straight up stunting on everybody. We were like, “We got the freshest gear fam.”

This TJ Maxx is very clean. Lots of parking. We really love that it is attached to a mall as well! I appreciate that they have a variety of things! And even have a great selection of pottery, bedding and other essentials. I wish they had more clothing but it is not a huge store and they have a lot to fit in so I understand this! Overall a good location and very friendly staff!
It’s a nice place to get anything at discounted prices, be it cloths, toys, home decor, beauty products or kitchen items. They have sales going on and discounted projected available throughout the year. However there is a catch, you won’t necessarily find the exact thing you want to buy when you visit them.
The staff were more worried about drinking their coffee and chatting it up with each other than to help out people.
Store was messy and a lot of things out of place. I thought it was weird considering how new it is.
Love the store, hate the new location! I live in North Ames and really miss having it connected to the mall.
Great deals on many household items as well as clothing. I will return.
