7 months agoWhat part of Handicapped TJ Max doesn’t understand? The only two spaces asigned at this location ( N.W Expressway, OKC) are located far away from the entrance.. Really far for someone handicapped… They might argue that the ramps are that far, but the million dollars giant can afford to remake them at a reasonable distance, for handicapped patrons…a month agoHad a great experience due to the selection of professional clothing, the prices, and the customer service of cashier Maggie.Every member in the store greeted me with such great energy and the fitting room attendant was so sweet!
10 months agoI like this store. In this store I can find things that are hard to find in other stores, at a great price. For example, last time I bought a good quality pot and pan for $35 or Skinny Syrups for $3.992 months agoI usually go here looking for deals and I can usually find them. The staff is not very helpful, and they are usually rude. I don’t really say this when it comes to customer service, but I don’t blame them. They are most likely under paid and overworked. The location I go to is always super busy so they are dealing with a crowd from the time they clock in until they punch the clock to go home.2 months agoThis location used to have better clothing. There are some nice home things but hard to find nice clothes now and barely any skirt! I’ll have to explore other locations maybe

2 months agoI absolutely love this store, it’s one of my favorites! But, for the love, please train your employees to take off the security tags. I can’t count how many times I’ve walked out of the store with a security tag attached and the alarm didn’t go off. Then I have to make another trip up there to have it removed, annoying.6 years agoGreat store for some decent quality home stuff or clothes. Their kitchen section also has some good quality stuff too. I think their furniture is a little spendy. One thing I would highly recommend is their bath mats! I’m happy with my experience and purchased.3 weeks agoWow, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Clutter everywhere, super disorganized, under-staffed… Here at 3pm on a Tuesday and the line is all the way out into the aisles of the store. Yikes. I won’t be back to this one if I don’t have to.2 years agoI have been to TJ Maxx more times than I can count just in this last month and a half! I have decorated for fall and re-organized my entire kitchen. I just started picking up things for winter/Christmas decor.

It was my first time here, and I had no idea it was a normal department store. Some reason I always thought it was an appliance store. Anyways, it has a great selection and very similar to Ross and Burlington. Plenty organization bins for the kitchen and closet. Definitely coming back.
Lot of things to buy there. First time going there, I found a lot of things I needed! Work out clothes, bedding, kitchen, bathroom stuff, all age clothes, at a affordable price!, luggage to much to mention. Great place good and fast customer service
It’s a hit or miss here, with a lot of misses lately! The clothing is all over the place and not organized at all in sizing. A lot of the two piece set stuff in the kids isle were missing a piece but still had the price for both pieces. The employees seem to not even care. The managers do a good job but it’s hard when you have employees who don’t want to do their jobs.
I had a great experience, and found several things to buy; however, as I was checking out, a grown adult female simply walked out without paying. Alarm went off…she turned around and looked at me and the cashier and smiled. It is common knowledge, I guess, that police cannot be called, and nothing will happen to her. Freaking quit stealing, losers!!! Stealing is just so wrong!!
Very good experience @ my Favorite store.. T.J.Maxx..I just love this store.. everyone was so nice an helpfully I am on o2 because of my breathing.. an I tysm I’ll be back this week for more Christmas Shopping..❤️?
