a week agoThis week I shopped at Coles Stockland. It was busy and I elected to pay by cash. As it was there where checkouts for card only and a couple for cash. Card checkouts where somewhat busy, cash checkouts where in long cues. Why in the world are there card only checkouts?
O, I noticed there where self checkouts. In principal I do not like using them as this puts young people who are entering the workforce out of a job and even though this may only be a job for a short period as they move on, never the less it is a job where they can make a start. But Coles what hypocrites, at the checkout you can buy $2 donations for the homeless. Shameful it is.in the last weekExcellent shop, excellent service. The only thing they could do better is to stock more of the Coles brand lemonade, Bundaberg brand apple cider, and Schweppes brand sarsaparilla.2 weeks agoAisles are usually well stocked not only with grocery items but also with the ladies filling those red bins for home delivery! Annoying at times!4 months agoCustomer service is sadly lacking. Was served by a tall teenager this morning & there was no smile, no thank you, nothing. He definitely did not want to be there. If you don’t want to serve people, don’t do the job.in the last weekJust the fact that far less people seem to shop here, at the times I am there at least (10am or 5pm), is a huge plus for me.
Usually always stock on the shelves, not massive lines at the checkout and can get served straight away at the deli most times.
They have their busiest times I’m sure but this has been my experience.
And Coles is right next to the side access to pialba place which is a awesome convince to get groceries to the car without a huge march through a entire shopping centre comparedto the other coles.
Bakery on site and good range of pey by weight nuts and dietary products.

Always a clean shop, well staffed. The deli is one of the stocked and neat, clean deli’s I have ever come across in the last few years. Plenty of variety. At the checkout we were served by a lovely, cheerful lady, who made shopping a nice experience.
New layout is a little confusing, although Im sure we will all get used to it.
Seems like a waste of space with the new “macaroon bar” and “juice bar” and a bit over the top for a supermarket. Wonder what will happen when the novelty wears off.
Hate the new self serve, laugh how an emplyee has to stand to assist. Surely putting them on a assited checkout would be more valuable.
Generally only 2 assisted checkouts during busy periods.
Goodbye ‘Customer Service’ traded for more profits
i had a really incredible experience in Coles this afternoon, shopping for a 13h coach ride later that evening. I entered feeling a little uneasy about the long coach journey ahead of me and left feeling almost scarily confident. Excited, even. The sheer variety of snacks (especially gluten free ones for intolerant individuals like myself) and fully stocked shelves left me feeling ready to seize the day. The crisply labelled aisles allowed me to browse freely without a moments confusion. But if I was to be confused, you ask? I know in my heart the helpful staff would immediately show me the way. I had an absolute field day in there today. I do hope you expand to the UK sometime soon. It truly was un unmatched experience. Thank

I love the Stocklands Coles shopping Centre. Found a vast improvement in the quality of the meat being offered now. I find Stocklands Coles easier to get around as there is a wheelchair for my friend to push me around in making our trip out much quicker and more efficient.
This is an awesome Coles! So well stocked and fresh produce.
Today had a cleaning product leak t checkout, from some other shoppers messing with it, and a lady named Lee came to the rescue.
