a month agoA beautiful store almost in the center of the city of Boston. I love buy its offers but it has a great variety of things you might need. I strongly recommend it. Good service with good prices.2 months agoBad experience. I wanted to by an electric converter I had bought similar 2 days ago at $7.99. I found one left however no price tag was fixed to it. I brought it to the counter and she price tagged it at $12.99 based on another product on shelf (not similar) as she could not identify correct price on her system… did not end buying it3 months agoI like the store but the staff is very rude and could care less about the customers, especially the ones at the jewelry section. You get a one word answers to your questions if you are lucky. Hope the store owners either hire new staff or train the current ones well3 months agoAlways something fresh. Shoplifting has affected this location. Reduction in quantity in the men’s department to allow for better monitoring. There always new products being put out.a month agoPoor selection. This store is smaller than most and doesn’t have a lot of variety. It seems like it’s trying to be more “hip” to fit in with the vibe of the area. Feels more like a worse H&M than a TJMaxx.

3 months agoGreat selection of make up and kitchenware. Can’t wait to be back and buy more products! While home section could be larger, this isn’t home goods so understand!a year agoNot the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.in the last weekFun store great prices. My favorite section was the baby clothes. Tahari baby clothes for cheap.

So many cute stuff there. It’s almost impossible to choose just one. Definitely dangerous for your wallet because you won’t know what to buy first
spent money at this store the day before , shopped again the next when employee said restrooms were closed. when asking how they used the restroom she replied “we’re” allowed. needless to say I put down the things I would have bought this day and walked out. 1. you should have access to restrooms. 2. if TJ Max is not, you need to train your employee with customer service and better phrasing , for instance “my apologies we dont have public restrooms but here is where you can find the closest one, we do appreciate you shopping with us.”
Lots of items to pick from. Really lives up to its slogan.
TJ Maxx is an awesome store, that is always clean and full of a variety of items. I must speak on the workers, there are a few good workers that are kind and helpful but the majority are very rude. Also the people in leadership position the majority very rude.
