This location is terrible. I wish they wouldn’t have moved to this location. It is overcrowded which makes it very hard to shop. Plus they seem to stock items while customers are shopping. Making it both a hazard and a disaster zone. Stocking should be done while the store is closed. It is ridiculous to have carts full of items blocking the isles during store hours, especially considering how busy this location is. The old location was much better overall.

This new store is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! I couldn’t believe how much of a disaster it was being that it is brand new! Stuff was all over the floors, you couldn’t walk in the isles due to giant carts of items everywhere, boxes were everywhere, it was just a complete mess. I have been before and it was the same. I will not shop at this NEW location again. If we are spending hard earned money on items at this store, then they should not have half of it on the floor. Have some respect for your jobs there and show that you care for your products and employees.

I am flat out pissed tf off as a citizen of this city that this store has the nerve to have a sign on the entry doors saying no public restroom access. First of all I know the reasoning behind why you feel justified in withholding access to bathrooms, one you figure it cuts down on shoplifting and two because it is a deterrent from letting the homeless use your bathrooms. I do not care as a paying potential customer if either of those are your reasons behind not allowing access to bathroom facilities, that is bullsh!t to the rest of the people who pay you good money to shop there, the least you can do is be humane enough to allow people to use a bathroom when they need to. If your reasons are because you are sick of shoplifters or the homeless then hire like one employee more with a freaking chair to post up outside the bathrooms and make it a policy they take quick look in our purses or bags to make sure nobody is going in with items not paid for without a receipt or something and if they think somebody looking too crazy homeless person afraid they’re going to leave your facilities nasty after using them then turn them away but how dare you punish the rest of us because of the smaller percentages of undesirable factions actions??? Some people who ship there are disabled or elderly and might have an accident because you want to be cheap denying everyone the ability to use a bathroom to keep some thieves away or other unwanted characters there. Shame on you!!! Find other ways to deter theft than not letting people take care of a basic human need everyone should be able to do in a business facility we pay our money to keeping your business open. I am sick of you businesses and your lazy answers to handling problems you have. Stop punishing the innocent for the deeds of a few.

Cranky people working there, when I asked for the restroom employee said rudely “we do not have public restrooms the closest one it’s Ross” I should have gone there instead.

The line is at least 40mins long. Polyester is not good enough to wait that long. Not a good selection. Purses are cheap, most of their clothes are polyester or some no-name brand and fabric.

Second, they only want people who drive tiny cars. The majority if parking spots are COMPACT or handicap. Seriously?!?

  1. It’s small, but it had Innesfree, The Saem, & Nature Republic skin care products. I found 2 pair of Lucky pants that fit. So I bought them.

  2. Nothing but shoplifters!!!. The company needs to protect their employees and customers with new policies and or new procedures. These thieves are using store shopping cart as a weapon. They load the shopping carts with merchandise and as customers are walking into the store these thieves push the shopping cart into the customers as they attempt to exit the store with the stolen merchandise… I noticed what they were doing and after several attempts I decided to stopped them by standing in front of them and saying “don’t even think about it”!!.. I also said if you’re not embarrassed to steal then you’re not embarrassed for me to take photos of you and post them all over Facebook…. I told the staff since you can’t do anything about it I will… These people think that they’re entitled to take whatever they want while others have to pay.. Nobody is holding them accountable and they know it!!!!

I told them I would be waiting outside for them…. which I did…

Good News!! They decided to leave the shopping cart and merchandise inside the store.

  3. What happened to the Men’s Department? It’s a complete mess and there is only casual and athletic gear. 3 dress shirts on hangers. All while. Looking for a blue dress shirt but there was NONE. No selection.

Lots of housewares and women’s shoes and clothes. Sounds like yet another retailer NOT catering or caring about the guys.
