4 months agoTJ MAXX is located within a shopping complex that includes various other stores and eateries and also Home Depot, it’s opposite the iconic Ponce City Market. It’s a reasonably sized store, TJ MAXX stands for value and quality and reasonable prices. This branch is so so clean, it’s very busy in respect of items on display but it’s so well organised, no discarded clothes on the floor or items displaced, much credit goes to the floor staff, it’s rest room is spotless clean and a rarity in stores these days, so thanks for that. THIS TJ MAXX BRANCH, is the best branch I have encountered and you can’t fail to be tempted to buy and indulge your shopping desires.2 months agoGreat pkace to shop well Organize. I won’t be going back anytime soon.2 months agoWent in to pass the time. Stumbled upon some interesting ? gifts for cocktail drinkers. I couldn’t resist, so I took home three, one for me & two for gifts ?. This is a well stocked store with friendly associates. I recommend taking a stroll around the store, you might find something intriguing for your tastes ?3 weeks agoI like this store, but unfortunately the clothing selections were mundane. Nothing really stood out. The store was clean and well organized. Parking in this mall is always a madhouse, so be prepared to drive very defensively.

2 weeks agoI have had enough of this type of profiling. I couldn’t remember why I stopped visiting this location ( I prefer to go outside of my immediate neighborhood), until I visited yesterday to do some birthday shopping for my mother. The entire time this plain clothes security person (black guy grey beard, but there are a few of them)is watching my sister and I closely, he’s following us around the store. It is obvious, uncomfortable and offensive but because of the demographics of this area, they automatically expect people that come in, particularly Black people to be thieves. Shouldn’t security, especially if you are trying to blend in with the public, suppose to be secretive. I shouldn’t know that you’re following me around the store. This guy did not purchase anything nor did he pick up anything but you constantly see him watching you, and this is not the first time this has happened at this location. He was NOT a customer. Security should to do better. Customers would like to come in the store shop for items without knowingly being monitored like a thief.So we purchased our items and prepare to leave the store and there’s an extra sensor left on one of our items so you have to experience that embarrassment, go back to the register while they search for a sensor. The cashier says “I don’t know why they put two sensors on here”, because there’s a expectation that people are going to steal in this store without training the cashiers on – checking for more than one sensor. Do better for your customers because I won’t be back!!!

First time visiting this location and they had a very good quality selection, and the store was one of the bigger ones I had encountered. First time coming across a TJ Maxx and Home Goods imbibed store. Overall a pleasant experience except for the like that was wrapped around with only two cashiers who did not move with any sense of purpose with the lengthy line. Also, there were no shopping carts to use, they all were outside and not collected. Good location to visit, just don’t expect prompt service or any shopping carts to be available l.
Decent place. This store was very crowded. I’m not used to TJMaxx and Home Goods being combined.. so it was a little confusing navigating inside. There were good selection of items to choose from. Isles and paths were pretty narrow and hectic with so many people.
I recently went to this location to buy a dress shirt and pants for my brother. I’m about to be married and he needed something to wear. We were already in the check out line when he remembered he didn’t have a good belt to wear, so I went and got about 4 belts to see which he would like best. We chose a belt and rather than leave the belts in the line area I decided to hand them to the cashier. I’ve worked in customer service and know it’s better to hand unwanted items to the cashier rather than leave them in the line area for them to be picked up by another associate. Then the cashier next to us then told the customer he was attending to speak up and tell his manager, our cashier, what she had said. She said they should make an announcement that people should make up their minds before reaching the register. Her cashier loudly agreed with her. He even said he wished he could tell customers that. This was very passive aggressive in my opinion and rude for only having handed the cashier 3 belts we did not want. If he had any comments he should have saved them for after we had left. Terrible service.
Excellent service; beautiful store with everything I need without the need to ever go to the mall. The associates are super friendly, and the store is clean and tidy.
I must have come in at the right because I found everything I could have hope to find. It’s a beautiful store which makes shopping great. I like the organization the of store of the, it make finding things easier . The prices are great this time of the year but they have great prices through out the year. So if you looking for specials for others or yourself or the house, go to T.J.Maxx you will not be sorry.
