They clearly don’t have enough employees. The lines wrap around the store. It’s very sad to see disabled customers have to leave because they can no longer continue to wait. Horrible experience!!!a month agoWarning, warning, I don’t know where to start to say a horrible, horrible warning, beware horrible place. I went there today I almost passed out. I asked the lady if she had water. She said she was not there to assist people with water. I am handicap I think she was a manager short blondish brown hair in Hispanic lady horrible bad attitude, also, there was another gentleman there that didn’t seem to be wanting to work either. Hispanic guy I think he was a manager to horrible place. I wish I would’ve videotaped everything. They’re horrible place no words but horrible. Horrible place to the company. 2 months agoI enjoyed the variety and options that this location offered and my experience was enjoyable until I stood in the cashier line for almost 15 mins to pay for just two small things! I was even more upset to see and find out that it is actually their moody staff that keep people waiting and take forever to call customers in. Unacceptable behavior that is! More staff should translate into efficiency and not this kind of behavior and wait time!3 years agoSmall store, they split both brands in half. Not twice the size as expected. Not so many items as in other places like Bad bath and beyond but the prices are good.Would look for deals here and k line before going to other places.
Store alarm keeps going on for almost everybody and is quite annoying.
On the other hand while taking photos one employer (maybe the manager) suspected me why I was taking them – in a suspicious way and left only after I told it was Google, but not convinced.

While the prices were very good, there were certain aspects that detracted from the overall shopping experience. I observed numerous customers engaging in rude behavior, such as talking loudly on FaceTime or using speakers on phone calls. Additionally, the long lines to pay were a downside.To improve the shopping atmosphere and create a more pleasant environment for everyone, I would like to suggest that TJ Maxx consider implementing certain measures. Firstly, it would be beneficial for the store to remind customers to minimize their phone usage while inside, particularly when engaging in activities like FaceTime or playing audio through speakers. This would help reduce disturbances and promote a more respectful atmosphere for all shoppers.
Furthermore, I strongly recommend that the store establish a policy prohibiting the use of FaceTime inside the dressing rooms. Privacy is a crucial aspect of shopping, and the use of FaceTime in such confined spaces can infringe upon the privacy of others. By enforcing this policy, TJ Maxx Store would demonstrate a commitment to respecting customers’ privacy and ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone.

5 months agoStore# 80424This is store is run like a third world country. I know its Miami but I find the manager and assistant manager to be extremely rude. They only speak Spanish and most of the employees only speak Spanish OR refuse to speak English. I am Hispanic but I don’t treat people rudely who don’t speak my language. This morning, for instance, I needed to make a quick return. I went early because the lines in that store are horrific and doesn’t matter what time of the day or day of the week I’ve gone they always have 2 registers open and a line that wraps around the store. So, today I approached the manager and assistant manager ( Norma C. was the only name tag I could see because the other woman did not even have a name tag on) and I said ” Hi, i need to make a return”. Both women didn’t even look at me after i said hello again a woman in register 7 yelled to go to her. I feel like the customer service should be better. I think a nice hello and just a response would have been nice. I don’t think customers should be treated like this. I hope this is passed along to them, so that customers can have a better shopping experience.
3 years agoThe store was nice and clean. The employees were not big on words here either. The cashiers did not acknowledge me. I had to speak to her first in order to get her to say something. I found a lot of nice things.5 months agoI truly love this place the cleanliness is superb. I want to say that Rosa from the fitting room is great so helpful and patient and always with a contagious smile. Then there’s Amalia always eager to help show us the new merchandise. They both make going to this location extra special.a week agoFOUND THINGS I HAVE NOT FOUND IN OTHER TARGETS…GOOD SERVICE & REASONABLE PRICES. GOOD PARKING

This place has great stuff, but the lines to pay are outrageous and they don’t do anything to change it , lack of respect toward customers.
Cirilo does a fantastic job of handling and arranging this store. Great items and always looks good. Would give 5 stars but the one down fall is incredibly long lines at the check out. They need to work on that otherwise great store.
Love the diversity of merchandise for the home. I’ve purchased artwork, towels, blankets, cushions, and so much more at incredible prices! Great place for last minute gifts and name brand items.
The biggest downfall is the lines to pay, no matter what time of day or day of the week! When shopping here try to see it in a positive way, just think of all the money you saved!! ?
There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. I will shop here again in a heartbeat!
Awful customer service. Tried to return two white pillows, and after making the line I noticed the shopping cart was rusted and had stained the pillows. The manager didn’t seem to care and told me it was make up. I insisted the shopping cart was rusted and that it was not stained before, again not my fault their shopping carts are old and not well kept. My return was denied and I’m now very frustrated, and stuck with two stained pillows. Definitely not going back. The manager was rude and very transactional, didn’t seem to care one bit.
Everyone should know that Zack, who will inevitably be the one assisting you in the furniture section is THE SWEETEST, most helpful, customer service oriented young man. Homegoods and all the customers are lucky to be helped by Zack. He turns down tips (very politely no matter how much you offer), ALWAYS has THE BEST attitude, very well presented and professional. While everyone else is in view of each other, I imagine it is easy for his hard work all over the store to go unnoticed, so please be kind to him, appreciate him, thank him, and tell him what a great job he’s doing! He deserves an atta boy AND A RAISE! Many thanks!
