1. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. I recently purchased 2 Perfumes online and received the order today. Both perfumes leaked all over the box as well as on my clothes when I opened it. I went to the tj max store today to receive a refund for the entire order and they did not refund me the shipping nor be sympathetic for the fact the perfumes were damaged and ruined my clothes. I asked politely to speak to the manager because I felt it was unfair to me that I won’t receive a refund for the shipping considering it wasn’t my fault that the perfumes arrived damaged and i wouldn’t be returning them had they have been properly packaged and not damaged. I’m beyond disappointed with how uncomfortable it was being there. The 2 girls, the cashier and manger were treating me like I was an inconvenience and talked disrespectfully to my face. I was polite and let it go, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a tj max. Especially since I shop here very frequently. Being a loyal customer and always being nice to everyone there, I wouldn’t have expected to have gone through what I went through today. They were talking about me in front of my face as well and I was fighting back my tears truly. When I got to my car I cried for almost an hour just because of how awful my experience was here. I felt attacked and they didn’t listen to what was going on. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a refund for the shipping and they wouldn’t explain nor help me. All i wanted was a refund for the whole order. I don’t even have the perfumes because I returned them yet I’m out $10 for shipping for products I never even got to use due to them being damaged

2. I called to find a dress that I have been looking for in multiple locations, I was hung up at twice! The guy “helping” to look for the dress did not feel like listening to the details on the dress, I was about to tell him the brand of the dress and the size I was looking for when the guy cut me off and toll me he will put me on “hold” in reality he hung up on me. Terrible service, I’m giving it two stars because at the third time I called I got a girl who actually cared to listen and gave it a try.

Before the holidays there were huge lines and all the cashiers were open but only two people worked the other 3 cashiers talking to the manager (natalia). and I had to wait for the cashiers who were with customers to finish paying because the other 3 people were talking to each other. I told the lady and the cashier said that this is always like this.
