The staff does an amazing job of keeping everything clean and well organized, despite rude and inconsiderate customers making a mess and leaving items all over the store. ? I wonder if the CEO of TJ Maxx will EVER upgrade the grossly outdated software that they use, which causes SOOOOOOO much loss of time for customers, and for the cashier, when you bring an online purchase to the store for a return. Bring your PATIENCE if you take an online purchase to the store for a return.? It’s NEVER a fast process, even for someone like me, who’s meticulously organized with my receipt in hand, the item highlighted on the receipt, and with the item still in the bag in which they were shipped from the fulfillment center. It’s always a nightmare process!!!?? 2 weeks agoOk-ish selection of men’s wear for decent prices. I think this place is way better for women’s clothing. Men’s fragrances are way overpriced for what they have. Can find the same bottles for 1/3 the price online, and this is supposed to be a discount store. Decent selection of home goods. Nice selection of cookware and scented candles. They seemed to have a lot of holiday decorations as well. Customer service was great, my cashier was very efficient and polite.3 months agoA clean, bright store. TJ Maxx is pretty awesome. My wife loves it a whole lot more than I do, but I am still able to entertain myself for plenty of time. Not enough time for her to be completely done, but long enough to pass a good amount of time before I have to start funneling her towards the registers.
This particular location is clean and relatively orderly. We visited near the end of the day; There was about an hour before they closed, and the place was kept up nicely. The staff was helpful if asked a question, and young lady working the register was as sweet as a watermelon!
T.J.Maxx has the best snacks!!! These dark chocolate covered cashews are so good and only cost $3.99. I can never leave without searching the register area for a bag or two!!!
Now two times that I’ve gone and been charged for a “smart water” that i have never purchased or received. The first time I let it go thinking I must’ve forgotten. The last time I had an energy drink (that i walked in with) in my cart (nothing that was even sold at TJMaxx) and am thinking that is why I got charged… Highly annoying
Not much of interest to me in Men’s as I use lower priced things for working out and nicer, more classic clothing like supima, cashmere, straight fit denim, or khaki for casual. Sometimes, they might have a better option than Home Goods for something in that arena, but not this time.
Needed some clothes before scuba trip and thought , why not.
Well, unless I was there on an off day,
The pickings were slim, the pieces remaining were or are cheap.
Maybe I am overly frugal, it all just looked like overpriced sadness.
Like I said,
Could have been the day. Side bar, went next door to Sierra and spent a couple hundred bucks, and good service over there, right next door.
