4 months agoThis store was clean and I could not believe all the treasures I found in this store. The Texas Ranger Golf bags was exceptionally special sine I have never seen that at a TJ Maxx. Then amount of pet snacks and toys was huge since most locations barely have any. Also the amount of men’s ties and belts was impressive as well. Oh wait I can not forget about the mongoose bikes they had at the front of the store. Great little hideaway of home items.in the last weekBought a phone charger here in a pinch while on the road for work and it broke after 1 week of use. The end piece broke off inside my phone and luckily did not get stuck. Tried to return it or at least exchange it for in store credit. Was told that wasn’t possible without the receipt even though their website says differently.Cashier was nice about it but just a warning not to purchase any electronics or chargers because they can’t and won’t do a return.
a year agoThis TJ Maxx is very nice and clean. They had lots of employees straightening up after some messy shoppers keeping things organized. TJ Maxx has lots to choose from at lower prices than you would pay at a regular store. I definitely give them an A+. Their employees had good attitudes.2 months agoEverything was fine until the staff suggested that I open a TJ Maxx credit card, I politely refused because I didn’t want to open many credit cards in a short period of time, it would affect my credit. And from that moment she was really rude, before I even left she called the next customer ( I have the right and will never open your credit card ).5 years agoGreat selection at this store. I find it hard to find neck ties at most TJ Max, but this one had a good selection. The hangers are great and only $12.99, cannot beat that. The order of the store needed some TLC, but it was pretty good all in all. I will mark it in my map for a return.

I love that you can find something for everyone here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only con is that the checkout lines are always long. The lines are usually longer on Friday- Sunday and during holiday time.5 years agoOne of the cleanest and nicest TJ Maxx Home goods store I’ve been to. They are quite large in comparison to the other locations, too. The home goods side can be a little cluttered, and the TJ Maxx side has quite a few spacious sections.The best thing about this location is the friendliness of all of the workers. I’ve never once had a bad experience here.
a month agoI love TJ Maxx! I had the most amazing experience with Don B. Don was a customer service representative and he was so outgoing, friendly, hospitable, and just so wonderful. If you have the chance to get in his booth you’ll have an amazing time. He’s just the perfect example of great customer service!3 weeks agoThe boys section consists of 2 double sides racks. That’s it. The selection for boys continues to dwindle down. The line always takes forever. 30mins standing in line is ridiculous. Especially when there are 2 register lights on and no one even at them. One worker spent the entire time walking back and forth behind the counter while the line was wrapped all the way around and then some. This was at 245pm on a Tuesday.

Good store to shop for clothing and other things if you are on a budget. There seems to be a lot of selection of inventory. Employees were cordial and the store was clean, which says a lot for upstanding management. Plenty of parking.
There are not a lot of staffs on clearance, you will hardly find some! But if you like brand name like gucci Fendi and YSL you will find some there but still very expensive!
Lots of great products, from basic brands to high end brands. The prices are definitely reasonable. My only dislike is the clutter… there is so much everywhere that I didn’t want to search.
Stores a little messy. Ran into to get a water bottle. Checkout line is pretty quick! Employees are pretty helpful and nice. You can find a lot of stuff if you just look around if you have the time. The holiday decorations aren’t too bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive.
It was packed and the shelves were overstocked for the Thanksgiving/ holidays! Definitely would find something to buy! As always TJMaxx never disappoints!
