  1. Since renovating, store looks great but never staff at cigarette counter.
Always waiting while staff have a yak and then make an effort to serve.
Not happy with layout of store.
Cheese should be with dairy products..cream, yoghurt etc.
    Products in strange places..!!

  2. Loved the upgrade and effort made by Woolworths to upgrade the entrance and parking facility.
Conveniently located yet parking is tight here and the gradients of parking still makes me anxious if some trolley goes loose, may hit a car.

  3. Way too many self-serve checkouts and nowhere near enough Customer Service staff operating ‘real’ checkouts. If you want me using self-serve checkouts, at least offer me a staff discount for replacing YOUR paid staff!

Worse, for a town already lacking parking, the available parking in their carpark was recently reduced with too many bays converted to ‘Click & Collect’ bays, including where there was previously disabled parking bays. As a loyal shopper at this store for some 35+ years, I can competently say that the converted ‘C & C’ bays now are regularly empty or only have 1 to 3 cars using them, when previously they were always full. The addition of the main carpark cover is a joke, cars parked under it on the western side are in the sun pretty much from midday until dusk with the added disadvantage of now having to watch for posts every few bays.

  4. Usually I love going to woolwoths in Traralgon but recently I went and there was lady working at check out she keeped staring at me and giving me dirty looks. She went through my personal stuff without asking surely that illegal. Also very discriminatory since I’m a person of colour
