a week agoI’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr.Sandeep I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met him last month and the way he followed up. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, approachable, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. I thank Ms.Diana (Sr.Customer Service Executive) to introduce me with this clinic and Dr.Sandeep. she guided me on the paper work from taking the appointment, Insurance,other scanning services.I will much appreciate her kindness towards the patient and her services.Thank You Ms .Diana best wishes for the future.6 months agoAster clinic Al Muteena is the best clinic that I could recommend every one to go too. 5 months agoI’m a patient of Kings Medical Clinic in Ibis rigga for more than two years. I have session for hair laser removal, they often have promotions, the clinic is clean and well sanitized. Staff are approachable, Miss Marjorie is the person I always request to have my session, she’s gentle and she really took care of me. It feels like we build a relationship despite its such a long period before I see her again but then again it’s two years.I suggest to have your appointment between 9:00am to 12 noon it’s not busy and less clients.

She explained everything and answered all my questions and made me feel heard and positive for my treatment. She was so good that when I finished I decided to write this review and I never write reviews lol. Thank you. I will be your regular customer and so will my daughter.

Ma’am Mercy, with her expertise and warm demeanor, made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. She guided me step by step and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly.

Dr. Devvrat and Ms. Alfonsa was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Devvrat was very good in explaining to me my teeth concerns. He cleaned my teeth thoroughly and taught me proper brushing techniques.

Doctors are good. Dr. Rosamara is an amazing PRO. But the system of a clinic is AWFUL. Even making an appointment at the certain time you have to come in a very advance because even with an appointment you have to go through the registration. Each time. And be in a live line for that. A line for a registration took me about one hour. Two days in a row. Because of that I missed my doctor’s appointment because I was waiting just for a file opening which I’ve already opened when I came to the clinic the first time. And you have to make it EACH TIME you go there.
This is very weird and complicated system.
5 hours yesterday I spent in this clinic just to get to the general doctor to get a referral for another specialists…
