They are handling 4-5 patients with 1-2 hour delays.7 months agoI am satisfied with their service specially ms Dilki maheshika she was sent my previous lab report to my mail once I request with happyly and friendlya year agoVisited here for general physician check up and Dr Ahmad was so professional and explained everything in so much details that I felt comfortable with him. Reception staff Ms Dilki was so humble and customer friendly, not like other reception staff in offices who even don’t get up from there seat to help other. She managed every customer well. Clinic cleanliness was superb as well that janitorial staff deserves an appraise as well. 3 months agoI had a wonderful experience with my physiotherapist Mrs Anju, my condition was very bad , knee was swollen , fluid around , pain, could not even walk a step. She cured me fully in 6 to 8 sittings . She is very good, soft spoken, knowledgeable & friendly. Now I can walk properly, no pain or nothing. God bless her & Clinicare.a month agoAnju is a very good physiotherapist, so patient and worked so well with me, slow and steady we have done so well, she helped me gain my confidence, and here I am walking now.2 months agoThe clinic care services is very slow and poor and the receptionist ashkar is very rude we are standing in front of him and he was chit chatting with other staff in his native language. While asking him politely if he can assist us with the sick leave certificate as i was not feeling well he replied everyone is not feeling well what i can do you need to sit 25-30 minutes Mr. Ashkar has a very bad attitude towards the customers Clinic care al sammarya month agoDr. Akhila Sarun did a good root canal treatment for my tooth. Aster clinic Al Muteena is the best clinic that I could recommend every one to go too. The staff are very caring and very attentive to patients. Special thanks to doctor Rafi, Preeti and Sonia who took care of me most especially when I was very weak?.
Hospital is good and I got here my blood test, Mr Anand hospitality was good. My appointment with Dr. Sneha Susan was knowledgeable. She explained about my issues.

I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr.Sandeep I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met him last month and the way he followed up.
