As I told the ‘florist’, I could buy a nicer bunch at my local IGA. After purchasing a larger amount of garden supplies totalling over $200, my elderly mother asked if it was possible to have a staff member assist her leaving the store with her purchases. No staff member assisted and was told by the staff member at the door, she was directed to for assistance “ I can’t assist you, I am on the door”. She was assisted by a member of the public, who could see her struggling.
Disgusting Customer Service!
Came in last week and was helped by a young man ‘Josh’ was his name in the paint section . He was so natural and helpful and really went above and beyond with his service. He’s happiness and natural energy is definitely an asset . Thanks for being your lovely self Josh.
While waiting at the self-service checkout, because the only register open was in the tool shop, I counted seven staff doing next to nothing. Why is Bunnings Kalgoorlie so adverse to manning the registers? This happens regularly, I might start going down the road to Mitre 10.
Staff are always friendly and willing to help any way they can. Love the sausage sizzle as well. Sometimes the store struggles with stock levels, but that is to be expected in this region so far from suppliers. Well done team!
