  I took a much loved Victa mower for a service. Was happy enough to pay $180. But when I got it home it was still performing very poorly. I took it back a couple of days later and was accused of tampering with my mower and trying to fix it myself – clearly I didn’t do this after paying $180. It cost me well over $100 the second time. End result was it wouldn’t start at all, so I took it elsewhere. Just had the smallest spark and the second bloke said it was stuffed. So I bought a new one off him today. I’m now very happy supporting someone else.

  The guy loading my trailer requires further customer service/ communication skills.

  I come to get bark, not be barked at from a guy sitting on his tractor getting angry because I can’t understand/ hear what he was saying.
