Purchased a box of Pokemon cards from this Kmart earlier today. The box has been previously opened, the promo card is gone and we have realised the packs have been resealed, some packs have less cards which means the good ones have been taken. Terrible store.

Overall love shopping here but for some reason every time I go here the door is blocked with trolleys and you have to be re-directed another way. It’ s like this for 8 months of the year for the past two years?! The store is brand new why is it like this?

I would like to thank the staff that helped me with the photo centre. I hadn’t used the download, and editing computers before. They let me know about options for the job I want to do. And it worked a treat. I wasn’t overcrowded but help was there as needed. And the quality of photo printing was great. I love the self-printing, no waiting. Next, I want to try their photo app. I don’t even need to leave home.

Previous review: Even those the internet said the item wasn’t in stock, I found it on the shelf…..

I would have liked to be able to buy the dog crate in the small size.☹ I can’t get it in the shops, and I can’t get on the net.

  1. We wanted to commend the team at Busselton for their fantastic efforts and organisation for the Family Easter Fun night last night!! The activities, rewards and events were just perfect and so well set up. Nobody was left out, there was no stress and everyone had a chance to participate. The little passports were a fantastic idea!! Well done guys, we can’t wait to see what you do for Christmas ??

  2. We were visiting Bunnings Busselton after buying a caravan in town we were amazed by the service of one staff member who went out of his way to ask us whether we needed help with finding an item this is the first time that this has happened to us in a bunnings store in a long time. We were very happy with the service we received in this store.

  3. I love bunnings, but twice now I’ve bought potting mix from there that has resulted in infestation and majority of my pot plants dying

I might add this isn’t my first time round re potting and or having house plants, I have had upwards of 40 and never had issues until using a potting mix ive bought from bunnings
First time around I bought baleys potting mix all went well, reported great plants seemed happy. To water my plants I fill up my bath 5cm deep and place my pots in to absorb water so they are getting what they need and not over watering. 2-3 weeks after re potting I noticed my plants changing, dying and mushrooms popping up in place of the dying section, then as the weather started changing those damn flies started coming out thousands and thousands , I went back into bunnings and explained and they put me onto a sand to cover the pots to prevent the midget potplant flies, a few more weeks the remainder of my plants that were loving life before re potting had died…. I cut my losses, cleaned my pots, i professionally de bugged my house (i think bunning staff under estimated the bug infestation they caused), and sent the contaminated soil to the tip i then bought 20 new plants that began loving life in my home until it was time for new soil. after being assured it wasnt the potting soil and was pure bad luck and being assured by bunnings bayleys was a good choice I took that advice and got another bag…. stupid move on my part! the exact same events transpired ? my plants started dying again, the mushrooms on the wrotting parts of the plants, and then suprise suprise another infestation of those devil midget soil flies from hell. I brought all this up with bunnings, told them the only thing I had changed in all my years of owning thriving plants was the potting mix and I got excuse after excise. I must have done this wrong, I must have done that, the soil was fine bla bla bla.

I’ve re bought plants again, and so far no issues I’ve re potted some with a non bunnings potting mix and no issues.

The incredibly expensive lesson I’ve learnt, don’t trust bayleys potting mix from bunnings all my plants deserved better and they met such a dismal demise and so did my wallet

  4. Not impressed with customer service again at the Busselton store. Plenty of staff in store, in fact red shirts everywhere, but only had 1 young man actually acknowledge us as he walked past. We were struggling to find what we wanted so twice, my husband walked to a group of staff chatting amongst themselves and stood there waiting for one of them to acknowledge him before asking his question. We then went to the counter to get some keys cut…this seemed too much trouble for the person behind the counter, she was in no hurry to finish the call. I do understand that it was work related, but she turned her back on us and then continued to “whinge” on the phone to the person she was talking to. No effort to finish up the phone call and deal with customers. Finally, she finished the phone call and then still ignored us and spoke to the person next to us, who said we were next. I am sorry to say, her attitude was very lacking in customer service. We felt like it was too much trouble for her to do even the basics. We didn’t get the keys cut, because the correct template wasn’t available, and only then she tried to help us by giving directions of where we could go. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but both my husband and I work in a customer service environment where we understand customers can be difficult and trying. We are always respectful, but this doesn’t seem to help anymore. I have also given feedback before on the customer service at the Busselton store. It has never been acknowledged and I believe it is getting worse. It used to be enjoyable going to Bunnings, but not anymore.
