4 months ago“No Smiles Here ☹️” I used to be a loyal customer at this dentistry for years until yesterday when I was treated poorly and unprofessionally by a counter staff lady yesterday. The lady was not helpful and did not provide me any information on a upcoming procedure making me feel like I was not being listened to at all and like she was doing something else more important. I really like the dentist there and most staff have been really nice except this one lady who decided to not care and showed a unprofessionalism, will most likely mean that I will never return. He warned it might only last a day but 3 days later it’s still in place. He also gave me holiday tips for the time we had left. Filled in an insurance form without even having to ask. Totally recommend

This week I had Two extractions with an immediate partial fitted. Dr. Ellie and Courney are simply “angels on earth”. I (like most people) had severe anxiety and some emotional issues surrounding my need for this to occur and these ladies were Kind, Compassionate, Understanding and extremely personable. The procedure was totally painless and i have been pain free since! THANK You for giving me back my confidence and all with a smile (A BIG ONE NOW). Highly recommended.
My first visit to the practice to get a chipped front filling restored and, after a dreadful experience with another dental practice, I was apprehensive (to say the least).
The atmosphere when I walked in the reception area was so calm and welcoming and Dr Ellie was so understanding, kind and gentle that I knew immediately I was in the safest of hands.
Dr Ellie and her nurse were amazing and before I knew it I was feeling relaxed and had the best treatment experience ever and my . smile now looks amazing .
I can not recommend this practice and Dr Ellie and her dental nurse highly enough.
