a week agobeen here twice now and both times the guy has been quiet rude, he gave me the numbing needle and didn’t give it anytime to work so i could feel the whole thing, i tries to say ow to get him to stop but he ignored it and continued. there was also dead fish in the fish tank both times.2 months agoMy daughter fell over and chipped her tooth. Bendigo smiles dentist and assistant did a wonderful job at fixing. The filling fell out (noones fault) and it was replaced under warranty. Thanks so much. They explained each step and Dr Patrick & Skye were both gentle and kind. I have recently switched to Integrated Smiles and wish I had done so much earlier. The front of house staff are really friendly and efficient and the Dentist and his assistant were excellent. I’m not at all fond of going to the dentist and have recently had some quite invasive work done. It was so much better than what I have previously experienced.
Can’t thank the staff at integrated smiles bendigo enough for fully transforming my teeth! They did an incredible job with no judgement!
They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way & gave me back my confidence to smile!
The before & after photos are incredible to look back at the transformation.
To anyone who is embarrassed to go to the dentist to get their teeth transformed I recommend you give these guys a go!

Absolutely fantastic. First time attending this clinic and I’m so impressed. Dr Ben was brilliant and explained everything perfectly to me. I had been shamed before at different dentist about drinking soft drink, but there was none of that with him. He was very kind and understanding. Reception were a hoot as well! Already looking forward to my next appointment.
The team at Integrated Smiles were all so beautiful and friendly! From when you open the door you’re greeted with welcoming smiles and hospitality, there wasn’t a long wait at all to see the dentist and the waiting chairs were very comfortable.
Today for my check up and x-rays I saw Dr Penny and the nurse on with her was Amber. The rooms were very tidy and Dr Penny and Amber both naturally made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Penny and Amber were the perfect mix of causal and professional, making you feel at home and relaxed. They were non judgmental and I felt encouraged to talk and ask any questions that came to mind. All my questions were answered in detail and I was able to walk away feeling listened to with all the reassurance and information I needed.
I had a great experience and would 100% recommend Integrated Smiles to anyone, especially if you are someone who gets nervous when it comes to the dentist!
