a month agoSomeone who isn’t a fan of the dentist, I immediately felt calm and at ease here. Dr Priya is fantastic and very knowledgeable as are the rest of the staff who are very friendly. A plan has been set up to fix a few issues and was done so without issue. If you hate going to the dentist, I can guarantee this one will change your mind. Very affordable costs too!in the last weekGreat service. Courtney did work on my kids and her demeanour was outstanding. Very patient and understanding. Not only was I able to get an urgent appointment after being in pain for days but from the minute I walked in the door the whole team were so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Priya was absolutely phenomenal with her “bedside” manner and professionalism and made me feel so calm from the second I sat in the chair. I won’t be going anywhere else!!!! I’ll also add that the room/chair itself just had massive welcome vibes with the pictures/drawing on the walls and TV on the roof to keep people like me distracted and calm.

I always find the staff and Doctors great. Had a long wait yesterday, they were obviously well behind, more than likely speeding a little longer with patients than the booking allowed for.
Wasn’t a great look as most don’t look for the reasons, just loudly complain.
Having had 3 Sunday morning appointments cancelled the last being today I am so frustrated with the lack of care shown by the Drs and management. I turned up at 830am today for my 840am.appt to be told the Dr took the day off. They said they tried phoning me earlier this week which was a lie. I received a confirmation request on Friday afternoon re my appointment this morning. I made another appointment for this afternoon at 500pm, at 640pm I had to leave fir work. I was told there were several.people in front of me. The doctor didn’t come out of her room once while I was there, she got the patient she had just seen to call the next patient in – so much for patient confidentiality.
Made appointment online, reception rang me and changed to an earlier time which was good. Saw the doctor within 5 minutes of appointed time.
Way better than old system of going in and hoping for the best and waiting hours.

Receptionists was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to us. She was able to give us an appointment for our baby who is having diarrhoea at that day.
Wow what has happen to the great service at western plains med. Have not been there for 6 mths. And waiting times are now 1 week
.where are all the good doctors. Not happy. Also they cannot answer there phone. Need more staff i think.?
