The dental assistant was also notably friendly and helpful, making the experience comfortable. Being a 21 year old and borderline scared of dentist clinics. My experience by far was the most relaxing and pain free during the whole time I was there.
Dr Julian Francis is an absolute angel, he was catering to fact I was scared but he was also detailing everything he was doing as the procedure was going.
100/10 recommend coming here.
And the receptionist is the sweetest lady ever
Dr Julian is really good. I’m a type of person who gets very nervous when it comes to dental thing and he successfully calms me down. He did the tooth extraction with extra care. Definitely recommended.
I recently had a dental crown, two fillings and a fissure sealing performed by Dr. Julian Francis and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and service I received.
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by friendly and professional reception staff who promptly attended to me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait before my appointment pleasant.
My experience with Dr. Julian was beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain each procedure in detail, ensuring I fully understood what was to be done and why it was necessary. His expertise and patience in answering my questions helped to alleviate any concerns and nerves that I had.
The procedures themselves were carried out with a high degree of professionalism and skill. Despite the complexity of the crown, I experienced no discomfort, largely due to Dr. Julian’s meticulous approach and gentle touch. He’s a magician with his hands. Even though this is a temporary crown until the real one is ready in two weeks I am extremely happy with how it looks and feels. Once the anaesthetic wore off I had absolutely no pain or soreness.
In light of my experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Julian Francis to anyone seeking a dentist who combines expert knowledge with a compassionate approach. I definitely will be consistent with regular check ups moving forward.

I highly recommend this Clinic. Your greeted with friendly faces as soon as you enter. Dr Dumi was very thorough, explaining the options available to me at a fair cost that didn’t break the bank. I will definitely be going back and referring family and friends to them.
I came first time in this dental clinic they are so nice and friendly staff and the doctor explained everything and I take some of my teeth but I didn’t feel pain at all I will came next time to to take care of my teeth.
