5 Replies to Best Target Superstore Reviews: Denver CO’s Top Spots

  1. I really like this Target whenever I’m near the Glendale area. Staff friendly, clean, organized, great wine and spirits store, and easy to get checked out! Got a few groceries from here and it was easy to find. Overall, great Target. Definitely recommend!

Great gum selection at checkout too.

  2. Avoid this store if you value your time and food that isn’t expired. I was the only customer there doing a return but had to wait a few minutes for 1 of the 3 cashiers to wrap up their conversation about how much they didn’t want to be there at work. I routinely have to check expiration dates bc there is commonly expired food on shelves. I almost bought this chicken with a 10/17 expiration date on 11/2 before I saw the date. Gross! As convenient as the location is…This store is a no for me!

  3. Just returned from the Target in Glendale. I love shopping there. Today, I was using gift cards. Target’s friendly checker was very helpful in getting me quickly through the self-service checkout. It means a lot to me since I am in a wheelchair. Another great experience at the Glendale Target!

  4. I recently had a regrettable moment at Target when I attempted to return a damaged TV that I had purchased. Despite having all the necessary information for a return or an exchange, several concerns and issues arose during my interaction with the staff. From the moment I approached the customer service counter, I could sense an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff’s facial expressions and undertones conveyed a lack of interest and professionalism, making me feel uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. Despite remaining calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an apparent unwillingness to resolve my issue. This left me feeling frustrated and unheard, as all I wanted was to find a solution to the problem at hand. As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter such poor treatment, especially when trying to address a legitimate concern. Customer service should prioritize providing assistance and finding solutions, but unfortunately, this was not the case at Target. I sincerely hope that Target takes immediate steps to improve their customer service and train their staff in handling such situations with more empathy and understanding. Customers deserve to feel valued and respected, and it is essential for businesses to prioritize this aspect of their operations.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Target for their customer service. Until they make significant improvements, I would caution others against expecting satisfactory resolutions or a positive shopping experience.
