5 Replies to Best Target Superstore Reviews: Philadelphia PA’s Top Spots
Made my first online order for pickup at this Target off City Line. The order process went smoothly and I was glad that I took advantage of placing backups in case they couldn’t find my initially selected items. This worked out fine, except it became difficult to determine my final price since I didn’t receive a paper receipt. The prices were reasonable, nonetheless. The pickup went smoothly with the QR code that was sent to my phone. The products were as expected so perhaps my review should be a 4.5 stars. ⭐????⭐
The poorest customer service I have ever seen. If I need to pick up an order where do I stand? Unser order pick up right? I stood there for 5 minutes then asked the CS agent. She watched. E stand there and the says to me you have to wait in this line.. question? How long would she have let me stand there looking stupid?
I was at the Target on City Line Ave. I had my own reusable bags and the cashier, an older man, told me to bag my own items. I told him that I have a bad back and trying not to do too much . He said” I don’t bag when people have their own bags, I don’t know where the bags been.” I asked the worker at the return department if what he said was a bagging policy She said “ oh that’s just how he is.” Really! He doesn’t need to be a cashier or at least wear gloves. I didn’t have time to see a manager , but tried to call later several times and no one picked up the phone . Straight to Target in Abington!
I like Target’s selection, prices & service. It’s a refreshing alternative to its primary competitors. They also seem to have unique, retro/modern merchandise that’s affordable, functional & looks cool.
So this Target is a big one but their bathroom is pretty dirty and smelly. Worse than the train train station bathroom.
This location always had some shady impression. You will see a police car parking there.
I just shopped there yesterday. And I grabbed a discounted item. I did not notice when I paid because the cashier did not help me bag or say anything to me even though I said “Hello”. When I noticed the item was charged by the full price, I didnt want to go back to the first cashier since she was not friendly and it was a long line. So I talked to a second Target staff. She told me to take a picture to prove the price was ” on sale”. At that moment, I had a cart of paid items and I was shopping alone, I didnt want to bother so I wanted to go to the customer service to return that item. And I waited in that corner for at least 3 minutes, and finally a staff came. I explained the situation to him and he wanted me to have some pictures to prove the item was truly on sale. I was a little bit angry so I ran to the other side of Target to take pictures. When I ran back to show him, he questioned me about the name of item is not the same as the picture. I do not want to assume his implication. Thankfully I took 4 or 5 pictures and clearly Target staff put the items at that shelf. So, It took me maybe 10 minutes to prove to Target staff that I have great memories about number and not want to be tricked.
I have been shopping in Target for 10 years. I like a lot of items but yesterday’s experience def drop my impression from 5 stars to 2.5 stars.
Improve your service, Target.
