I don’t think I’m ever going to Home Depot again. This store is incredibly robust with every little thing you might need (from my amateur perspective, but holy cow they have such a variety of tools, equipment, supplies, resources). Not to mention, the store was very clean, easy to navigate, and my stop to just see if they had what I needed included 3 different very friendly, helpful staff members. This will absolutely be my go-to spot for all my home improvement needs

Very helpful and less busy than a home depot. Staff jump in and have a willingness to help.

Bought a $17 handsaw. Broke 5 minutes into using it. Went back to return it a couple weeks later, still within return 30 day period, and they refused to accept return because it was used. I told them to keep the saw then and I won’t be a customer again. Good job guys!

Highly recommend this store, especially if you don’t have any idea what your doing. I went in recently to buy materials to paint and hang a shelf. I had no idea what I needed, their staff was tremendously helpful and walked me through everything I would need.

I really love this place especially for plants! They are super close to a plant store and sells very nice house plants for $9.99 if not discounted at the time. I went and got a pretty plant and Philipp helped and was super nice and understanding

I have never experienced this level of rudeness in my life. The cashier, Kristen, insulted me, cursed at me and told me to “move on” literally bringing me to tears, apparently she’s a manager. Luckily the only person with decent customer service skills help me wrap my belongings. Kristen told me her General manger would be ruder than her and have less compassion, which I didn’t believe until I attempted to reach out this morning and the General manager hung the phone up in my face because he didn’t have time for it. I’m so hurt and shocked by this situation. If you do anything please just go to Lowe’s or Home depot these are just really mean people.

Have come to this store for a while and had good experiences but recently went in to get a drill bit and asked one of the employees near the gardening section which kind of drill bit I would need for the item I had bought there previously the employee was super rude and kept trying to argue that you can’t use a drill for the project. I didn’t ask him this I just asked for help getting a drill bit and could’ve gone without the condescending attitude.

Great local hardware store. There is a good amount of traditional hardware products. There are novelty items you don’t realize you need until you see it. There are some pretty helpful folks working here.

Quite a large garden selection at this Lowe’s, especially in the spring. We ordered something online to pick-up at this location, and it was ready incredibly fast. Picking up was very simple – there’s a little room right at the entrance (or you can opt for them to deliver it to your car when you arrive). Hands down 100000x times better than our attempts to do the same thing at Home Depot. Inside, the store is generally well-stocked, but the organization of things can be a little confusing/nonsensical. Use the app where you can to try to find the items you are looking for.

I purchased a garage disposal for Mom on Mother’s Day. I requested that Lowe’s do the installation! But after listing my project online installation no one has contacted me. I have called constantly. Spoke with a couple people in the appliance department. Mom is older so I want to make sure she’s safe because I’m 5 hours away. I have spent hours just waiting to speak to an associate and of course, I came back to return the product and go to HOME DEPOT. If they can’t take care of a small appliance, they can’t coordinate a HVAC System or something larger!! I’m done!

As a contractor I find that Lowes over all is not well stock in some areas. It has been my experience that All the stores are the same. For instance their lumber department has low inventory always. Most of the wood they have is terrible. Their tile department again low inventory there is never have the piece I need. The brand in the plumbing department is a low grade in my opinion. But you be the judge. I usually go to HD for these things.

Now the tool department has Bosh, Crafman brand. The small tools are almost always in stock. The electrical department is pretty stock as well. Their gardening department is just as stock and divers as HD.

Lastly even that they are low staff (very low staff) when I happen to ask a question the employees I ask make an huge effort to help even if at the end they don’t have the item.

      Hope to have helped.

I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service at Lowe’s! They are consistently understaffed and lackluster! I placed an online order with free assembly at 9:30 am. It is currently 4:58 pm and my order still isn’t ready nor assembled. When I approached the manager with my order number she had to radio assistance several times! When they arrived the product wasn’t even assembled and the excuse was they everyone from that department called out! When I asked for her manager, she pointed to a wall with his name and phone number. Once she saw that I was serious about making a complaint, she then asked an associate to assemble my order! Down right ridiculous! Never again! What’s the use of placing an order online & don’t offer services if you can’t do them!

Today, I had the pleasure of receiving incredible assistance from George at Frager’s Garden Department. His knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond are noteworthy. My husband and I were looking for a plant and a green pot for our front yard. Not only did he provide expert advice, but he also patiently answered all our questions and shared valuable tips. George’s friendly demeanor and contagious smile brighten our day. Happy birthday, George!

Frager’s has everything you need with options of quality products. As a professional interior painter, I can always count on them to have the products that I frequently run out of in-between jobs, lol. Also, the staff is super friendly and is always trying to do whatever they can do to help you in any way they can!!!! I also enjoy the outdoor garden department it doesn’t have everything, but it has all the necessities.

This is my local hardware store. I’ve had many sets of keys copied here: they are quick and efficient. And I’ve gotten many key rings and other key-accessories. Prices vary from moderate to expensive. As with all the Ave Hardwares in the District, somethings are over-priced as compared to home Depot, but they offer convenience and individualized service/care as you shop. This store’s outdoor garden/plant section is amazing! They offer an entire separate shop of house plants (holiday decorations in winter) and a huge selection of pots, soil, and of course plants! I went on for for screws and left with a hibiscus!

I have been shopping at Frager’s for 25 years. Overall the customer service has been good over the years, but within the last few years it been been consistently good. However, recently it’s customer service has become excellent due to one person. Reggie is an outstanding employee. He is patient and listens to customer’s concerns. Before the store closed, I bought a scratch and dent Weber grill with missing parts. Reggie said don’t worry I will deliver it the next day and help you locate the missing parts. The next day the delivery was on time, and that evening he called me and registered my grill for the warranty and ordered the missing parts for me. Reggie and I were on the phone with Weber for almost an hour. He went above and beyond, and subsequently, I had to order one part he recommended but really could do without and Weber’s Artificial Intelligence CALLS for loads of patience, and Reggie stayed the course with Weber’s automated customer service. I cannot thank him enough.

Purchased a washer and dryer in 2021 as well as the 3 year extended warranty. Lowe’s has been absolutely no help with repairing my broken washer. I have had their 3rd party techs not show up for appointments only to have customer specialists from Lowe’s be no more assistance other than providing the same phone number i had to call to Start my claim in the first place. Very disappointed in the communication and quality of service. You would think spending the extra $100 would get you some sort of assistance when the product you bought breaks down but i have been waiting for about a month without my washer now. And still waiting for a reply from an email 3 days ago.

It’s a decent store. I knocked it down one star because the layout seems very cramped to me and it tends to be disorganized at times. The outdoors shopping layout also needs work. Things are hard to find and I feel that it should have a little more cover since this is a very hot place. Otherwise, a nice store with friendly and professional workers.

Definitely not ordering and expecting deliveries again. Second time they change days and times of delivery for orders I placed online. To some degree I can understand how the online delivery options may not communicate with the local delivery team. However, when you call to confirm and they change and change and change and then do not even show up after the changes they made, it’s too much to bear. Forget about trying to get anyone from leadership on the phone. If you have 20 minutes to wait for someone to answer, maybe, but it won’t be a manager. Two stars because I’ve shopped here since they opened and have generally been happy with service. This review is to warn about scheduling a delivery, and yes, the frustration in delivery experiences drive it from 5 stars to 2 stars…. Beware.

Lowes has the worst install service I’ve ever used. I have been waiting on an install on a storm & entry door for over a month now.

Someone already came and got measurements but nothing since. Anytime I call no one knows anything even though they were able to somehow go to my take measurements and give an estimate.

If my father didn’t feel forced to work with them because he has a Lowes credit card I would never do business with this bush league establishment.

A couple of weeks ago, I was watching a video on YouTube on How to clean your ? windows inside and out.

I shopped at Lowe’s and brought me a Pro Grip Squeegee and some Swipe towels to do the job. Today, I used them both and the outcome was Fantastic!

I made an order online on April 10, 2023 to pick up at Lowe’s store on 4531 Woodrow Bean Transmountain. Shortly after I received a call saying that product was out of stock at set store so my order would be transferred to another store 25 miles away from my home. I found this strange because the previous day the item was in stock and the website said it was in stock. I went down to the store I first placed order and item was in stock I brought this to the attention to associate Kevin who helped me take the item to check out. Marisol the associate apparently in charge of pick up. Left me wait in line over an hour while what she called a technical glish was worked out. After an hour she said the same would have to be cancelled. And if I wanted the product I would have to buy from another store because that one in my possession was not technically in stock. The way Associate treated me seemed consistently. I like I was inconvenience her because I don’t drive 25 miles away from home and she was getting off work soon. Felt that my time was wasted and I didn’t get my product that I paid for. I will never again use the online pick up or go to the Lowe’s on 4531 Woodrow Bean Transmountain .

I went to Lowe’s & completed a credit app w/Leticia; was approved, but membership did not go thru at checkout. No membership # in email. Waited 2 hours for email confirmation. Called Manager; was told confirmation takes 24 hours: asked him for 20% discount; denied; told to talk w/associates. They don’t know what to do (3 of them trying to figure it out. Sign says “get 20% off your purchase today when you apply for Lowe’s credit card.”Paid for purchases with my own card. Very frustrating. Associates could not explain why this happened: no temporary card, no discount. Poor training; terrible manager.

I did a curbside pickup order, which went great. I have shipped this way before and never have a problem at this location. Having this option is great for me because I’m disabled and often in a lot of pain. This saves me from having to walk inside a huge store for one or two items.

I needed to speak with a salesperson for a quote to purchase wood for my trailer. I called twice and was hung up on after being on hold for very long. The third time I was transferred to the tool department and they tried to get me a manager. I was hung up on again. Very poor customer service, enough to keep me away from this specific location in the future. Who likes being hung up on three times?

I always have a good experience when I go in lowe’s Donna helped me at the self checkout this morning she was very attentive and respectful to all of the customers. She thanked me for coming to Lowe’s and when I realized I forgot something and had to go back I asked her to cancel my transaction and she replied “oh no problem” with a smile. I know these days it can be hard working in customer service so Donna Shout out to you for a great job and being so courteous!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Watch out for shady practices at this Lowes!! Here are pics of a mulch display. The $3.33 price applies to a couple of pallets of mulch that are surrounded by 15-20 pallets of higher priced products. Naturally I selected the wrong ones and was surprised by the price at checkout. When I pointed out the problem, they were happy to point out MY mistake but wouldn’t bother to even look at the misleading display. I can’t imagine how many customers are falling for the bait and switch here

Worst customer service experience ever! Three employees with no customers turned their backs on us for approximately 6 minutes. Another customer walked up while they were mixing my paint. The two employees that weren’t helping me, once again, looks at that customer and turn their backs again! That customer waited THIRTEEN MINUTES before the employee who was helping me hands me my paint and then looks at them and ask them if they needed help. UNACCEPTABLE. RUDE. LOWE’S: HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE. DO BETTER.

I went in there with a whole list of plumbing parts I needed. Allen who works there came up and asked if I needed help, ha ha I did, I had to find it all and load it all into the cart. He helped me to figure out better ways to do things and how to make things easier for me (without costing a crazy amount more!), he helped others in between and always came back to check and make sure I was still good! Helped me take it all up and load it in my truck. Allen went above and beyond.!! I know it is not always like this going into a store, trust me as I had just left home depot with no one to help me find one thing I needed. But I appreciate the time he took to help me get everything. Thank you Allen!

Stay away from this Lowe’s! Customer service is horrible and unworthy of consumer time. I’ve been to other Lowe’s stores and this has the worst service out of them. I had an online order for a few bags of mulch. I checked in as instructed for curbside. One of their associates came to my truck telling me to go to the garden center and they’ll load it. I waited and no one came out! I drove further down looking for my order and I saw nothing. Finally I see a cashier and a different associate. I get out with my papers and the associate walked away. The cashier began attending someone else. I called customer service at least three times letting it ring until it disconnected. I finally drove away and decided this store was ghetto trash. I called again later and FINALLY got someone in garden, but I wanted to speak to a manager. I was advised to callback again because she couldn’t transfer me from her location. She stated she would physically walk upfront to that customer service department and explain someone was trying to request a manager. I called back and finally got someone! The manager tells me, “Usually when someone orders mulch or something like that, they just load it. They don’t have it preloaded.” I explained to him that regardless no one was even there to assist me and the one who gave me the papers mentioned nothing about that! This place is so unorganized. Do yourself a favor. Go to Home Depot or at least another Lowe’s. I canceled my order cause this place unsatisfactory.

****If the attendant is bringing the order information to the parking lot, why not bring the merchandise? They’re out there anyway. Idiots.

Hardware Store in Nashville TN: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

When shopping at a hardware store, there are certain rules to follow to ensure a smooth and safe experience. These rules are designed to protect both customers and employees, as well as maintain order within the store. By adhering to these rules, you can make your shopping experience more efficient and enjoyable.

Here are some DOs and DON’Ts when shopping at a hardware store:

    • DO wear appropriate attire: When visiting a hardware store, it is important to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. Avoid wearing flip-flops or open-toed shoes, as you may be handling heavy items or encountering hazards such as nails or tools.
    • DO ask for assistance: If you are unsure about a particular item or need help locating something in the store, don’t hesitate to ask for assistance from a store employee. They are trained to help customers and can provide valuable information and guidance.
    • DO respect social distancing: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to maintain a safe distance from other shoppers and store employees. Follow any designated markers or signs indicating where to stand or queue, and avoid crowding or gathering in close proximity to others.
    • DO handle products with care: When browsing or selecting items, handle them with care to avoid any damage or accidents. Be mindful of fragile or delicate merchandise, and if you accidentally damage something, alert a store employee and offer to pay for it.
    • DO read and follow instructions: If you purchase a product, make sure to carefully read and follow the instructions for use, assembly, or installation. This is especially important for tools or equipment that could pose a safety risk if not used correctly.
    • DON’T hog the aisle: Be conscious of others while shopping and avoid blocking or monopolizing an entire aisle or section. If you need more time to browse, move to the side or step aside to allow others to pass through.
    • DON’T tamper with or open packages: It is important not to open or tamper with packages unless you have already purchased the item. Opening packages can cause confusion, damage, or loss for both customers and the store.
    • DON’T engage in unsafe behavior: Avoid running, climbing shelves, or engaging in any other behavior that may pose a risk to yourself or others. Follow any safety guidelines or warnings provided by the store to prevent accidents or injuries.
    • DON’T be rude or disrespectful: Treat store employees and fellow customers with respect and kindness. Remember that everyone is at the hardware store for a reason and it is important to maintain a friendly and polite demeanor.
    • DON’T forget your shopping list: Before heading to the hardware store, make a list of the items you need. This will help you stay focused and ensure you don’t forget anything important. It can also save you time by preventing unnecessary trips back to the store.

Super great place to shop at for improvement items and most of the workers there are super kind and helpful. We love this place! we prefer shopping at this place here, located at SW. 3rd St. in the shopping center over any of the other Home Depot’s because the people are the friendliest and always very helpful. Home Depot needs to look at their employees at this place here and give them credit for credit is due.

Very helpful staff. They always have a great selection, and I like that they are a little hidden because then they aren’t usually as busy as other Home Depot’s. Still pretty busy, just not cramped with 8 people in every aisle.

Have my HDX trash bags. Used to be the only brand that didn’t leak. Nothing against Home Depot.. the quality has changed along with the price going up from $13 to less bags for $20 it is disappointing. Yes, out of a box of 13 gallon you now have bags that leak randomly. Same as hefty, glad and any other brand. I have tried them all over the last 17 years. If I have to spend so much for garbage bag I’m thinking go for the trash compactor or construction clean up bags.. just skip the high priced leaky bags.

We just had to transport the fridge we bought to the cash register and then to our vehicle from the appliance section with no help offered at all! My 92 year old grandma was with us and it was a miracle just to get an employee to answer a few questions about the fridge. I am not surprised because it’s always the same but this time I am reviewing because I saw at least 10 employees doing nothing who did not ask if we needed help and when my grandma asked for assistance she was ignored. The appliances worker was more concerned with answering hwr personal calls then helping my grandmother’s.

Rented 2 different types of floor sanders from tool rental on a Saturday morning. I picked up the equipment paid the deposit and left. I go home to get started on my floors and the associate in tool rental didn’t give me the power cords. I go to Home Depot in Midwest City to try and get the power cords since it was closest to my house (I have people waiting at my house to get started) and the tool rental associate tells me it is not his problem and I need to take it up with the Shields store. Needless to say 2.5 hours after I rented the damn things I got the power cords. Never again Home Depot. I know Lowe’s has problems but this was ridiculous and the clowns working there act like it is funny or a joke. I don’t understand? Is it that hard to hire competent employees? I won’t be back. Ace hardware store going forward.

Went to this store today. Literally I’m any department that you need help no one is there, ever! I’ve been in this store recently today and several times this month and every experience has been the same. It takes 20 to 30 min to get anyone to come help you in any aspect. Then when you do get some it’s like they’re rushing you because they have so much stuff to do I guess. I mean, hire more people if you’re that short staffed. Literally the running joke about never finding anyone at these stores available to help, is all too true.

I have a business I purchased several tables that were delivered damaged. It takes a lot to return 8 foot tables stainless steel to a store so they contacted corporate to see if they would discount them at 40% and they said no bring them back cause they will only give me 10% but they are really damaged so I guess I have to take them back so sad that they don’t wanna work a deal because all they’re going to do is put it on the floor as an open box buy and sell it for a dirt cheap, but they won’t keep their customer. Happy that already has the tables in their possession.

Absolute worst Home Depot in Oklahoma. Paid ahead to buy materials and inventory shows 145. Made purchase of 45 pieces. Stood for an hour waiting just to be told it’s not in stock. Consistently have problems with this store. Zero people inside this store care. Time to start looking at Lowe’s

Not having a tap and pay option really hurt my shopping experience. I know that’s probably silly and very first world problem.. but it was the difference in me getting to make a purchase or not that day. Overall, very nice store though! Especially pleased with the ‘Plant Rescue’ Area!

How to Shop Smart at Hardware Store Oklahoma City OK: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at a hardware store can be overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. However, with a little preparation and some basic knowledge, you can have a successful and stress-free shopping experience. Here are some guidelines to help you shop at a hardware store:

    • Make a list: Before heading to the hardware store, make a list of the items you need. This will help you stay focused and avoid buying unnecessary items.
    • Do your research: If you’re not sure about a specific product or its uses, do some research beforehand. Read reviews, watch tutorial videos, or ask for recommendations from friends or experts. This will help you make an informed decision and choose the right products for your needs.
    • Dress appropriately: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are suitable for browsing through an assortment of items. Additionally, consider wearing clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, as hardware stores can be dusty.
    • Ask for assistance: If you’re unsure about where to find a specific item, don’t hesitate to ask for help. Most hardware stores have knowledgeable staff members who can guide you to the right aisle or provide advice on product selection.
    • Compare prices: Take the time to compare prices between different brands and stores. This can help you find the best deals and save money.
    • Inspect before purchasing: Before finalizing your purchase, inspect the item carefully. Check for any defects, damages, or missing parts. If you’re buying tools, make sure they feel comfortable and sturdy in your hands.
    • Consider warranties and returns: If you’re buying expensive or complex items, check the store’s warranty and return policy. This will give you peace of mind knowing that you can exchange or return the item if needed.
    • Measurements and specifications: If you’re buying items like hardware fixtures or appliances, make sure to take accurate measurements and note any specific specifications. This will ensure that the items you purchase fit properly and work efficiently.
    • Keep track of receipts and instructions: After making a purchase, keep your receipts and any instruction manuals or warranties in a safe place. These documents may be important in case you need to return the item or reach out to customer support.
    • Consider additional tools and accessories: While at the hardware store, keep an eye out for any additional tools or accessories that can enhance the performance or functionality of your purchases. These may include spare parts, cleaning supplies, or safety equipment.

By following these guidelines, you can navigate a hardware store with confidence and find the products you need for your projects or repairs. Remember to take your time, ask questions, and make informed decisions to ensure a successful shopping experience.

Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.

Ask for Robin! Robin was an incredible and delightful help to me and my family when we had to urgently get a new refrigerator after ours broke. We were there with our five year old daughter and Robin attended to her, as well, like she was her own. It was a stressful time made better by a wonderful person like Robin. We felt cared for, like we were her priority, and whenever we go back we’ll ask for her. Thank you Robin! You’re amazing ❤️

We ordered a deck from this HD, and the delivery forklift driver almost comically knocked down our fence and left without a word. HD now claims they did not deliver the deck. The store managers are kind, but in the end I am left with a mystery. According to HD, a random person somehow picked up my order, brought it to my house, and knocked down my fence. If you have any information about who did this, please let me know!

I love shopping at Ace. I always try to give them business instead of the big box hardware stores. This is my neighborhood ace and I shop here pretty frequently, twice in the past week alone, but I won’t be back. I came in to get a key. I went back to the key counter, and waited a minute and no one came. So then I went up to the front and asked the cashier for help and she put out a call to help me. I went back and waited about 5 more minutes and nothing, so I went back up again. She told me they were busy and to wait, yet I saw employees standing around stocking, but she put out a call again. I waited probably another 5 minutes and still nothing. A man that had been up front that I talked to was walking back with another customer, I kind of shrugged my shoulders. He did too and replied the guy who cuts keys is in the garden center, I ask if he can’t come in and help me, he says he is helping another customer. Okay, I can wait. Then the man walks over to Lisa in plumbing and asks if she can cut keys and she agrees. She had been standing not 20 feet from me this entire time stocking, she saw me obviously waiting for help and didn’t come over. She finally comes over after he asks and I make the comment that this is a little ridiculous. Which maybe I shouldn’t have said, but frankly it was. Then she immediately gets a huge attitude and tone with me, raises her voice and says that I saw her over there why didn’t I come ask her. I replied that she also saw me and didn’t come help, and that I assumed after two calls made that she wasn’t able to help or she would have. She stated that she didn’t have a walkie talkie and was unable to hear the calls, yet I was able to hear them through the store from 20 ft away, so that’s doubtful. Either way, her behavior was absolutely inappropriate, she continued to argue with me which I told her to stop. I felt attacked and left absolutely heated which is unlike me. I’ve worked retail, I’ve even worked in a hardware store, I know that customer service is a huge part of the job. This wasn’t customer service. I shouldn’t have to ask 3 different people 3 times for help with a service they offer in a small store that’s not that busy. I shouldn’t have to seek out employees that literally look at me and see me waiting.

The people here are nice and want to help but if you are using their online ordering or are trying to get a human to answer your question they are the worst. Their IT department was built on a budget that saw change from a $20 bill. I placed an online order that totaled about $700 and they charged my card sixteen times, refunded it sixteen times before I canceled the order. Two days later I received the entire order. Later I tried to contact customer service about a refund on an extended warranty. There is exactly one option on their website that allows you to speak to a human. That human, while wanting to help, only had the authority to transfer me to yet another phone tree with a bot that refuses to permit talking to a human. Long story short; Lowe’s is structured to prevent customer satisfaction. Any human the public can reach has zero authority to solve problems. They are a management disaster that fails to do the basic task of management which is to empower the line workers to make the business successful. That means training and giving them the respect and trust to make decisions. Avoid this place.

Response to “Owner” Note that the 800 number is exactly the number that eventually connects you to a human (after listening to a list of bot driven options) . That human has exactly zero authority or ability to solve a problem. They have elaborate apology scripts that we have all heard but no power at all. That person referred me to yet another bot driven phone tree designed to insulate Lowe’s from any meaningful assistance. Their brain damaged zeal in cutting costs results in a business model that leaves a customer high and dry.

Again I say AVOID THIS STORE.

Very friendly regular employees on the floor. Super nice with the exception of the customer service desk ladies and self check out lady. Here’s my story if you’re interested! So, I bought 3 drapes that were sitting right by checkout on its own fixture and next to that another fixture that had Seasonal stuff except Xmas and had a sign that read – 50% off last marked price and there was also a cart full of bath/shower hoses and fixtures and stuff that had a sign that also read 50% off last marked price.

So, the drapes I got were clearanced tagged at $10.00 each and an item that had to be manually overwritten and approved by supervisor. The item was in the bath cart and it wasn’t 50% off marked price they gave me 90% off that item. It took a while for them to manly override it and get the approval and I was late and had to go to the back and start work.

A few days later I purchased two more that were also clearly tagged at $10.00 but now the cart is gone as is the seasonal fixture. Left is the drapes fixture with a 50% off last marked price sign. So, I got them for $5.00 each. So again ring up at 10:00 but overridden to five each and approved.

I went in a few days later to Customer Service with my original receipt cause I was charged $10 each for the three and wanted it at $5 each. What a hassle and humiliating this interaction was! The young lady at customer service was even saying that she doesn’t understand why I think I should get any money back, saying that they weren’t 50% off even tho they up there with the other items cause it didn’t have it’s own sign, and basically that I should not be able to return them and repurchase and get a better deal.

By the end of the interaction I was frustrated and frazzled, I told her to just keep them. I want to return all three and I will be bringing in two more that I actually got at the correct price cause I can’t do anything with just two. After all that crap, She has the audacity to look at me and say (after making me feel like a scumbag for trying to actually get a deal on Christmas) if I still wanted them at the $5 each price then they will give it. So, I said there is no way that I am buying these now and I want them returned.

Knowing full well that these will go back out to the fixture after I return them and if I really wanted them then I will just buy them the next day at $5 each.

48 hours later…. all three are still sitting there on the fixture. I take them to the self checkout because that was all that was open. This time the $10 price stickers have been removed from all three. It seems the customer service took them off before they put them back. Of course the self check outlady goes to scan them and it comes up $10 so she tries to charge me $10 a piece for them and I said no they’re 50% off the clearance price marked which was $10 on these. She has to manually give me the 50% off because that’s what they did with the others so they’re $5 and she said no the 50% off is auto applied and they’re 10 dollars a piece. Which was what it rang up originally at and told her that I I had purchased two others of those same ones and got them for $5 a piece and she asked me for the receipt which I didn’t have so I said this is b*******

In the end, almighty God and the ladies of Lowe’s do not want me to have these drapes. So I walked away. Unfortunately I didn’t get to return the other two so now I’m stuck with two drapes that I’m not going to use LOL it’s pretty frustrating.

All they had to do was to return the three drapes off the original receipt and then ring them up again but override to the correct price. $15 would have been returned to my card and I would have left happy that I saved money and got a deal on something I really needed. But instead I left Frustrated and humiliated and Lowe’s CS peeps intimately lost the sale and made the whole experience horrible and humiliating for me. I guess I just was not meant to save money or get a deal.

Terrible service. We asked if they would cut PVC baseboard, and an employee said “yes.” We bought a 12 foot piece. They took an extremely long time to find someone to cut for us, and we worried we were simply forgotten.

When the cutter arrived, they told us they can’t actually cut PVC. The employee said they had a hand saw we could use, but he “didn’t know where it was.” He wasn’t interested in finding out for us.

After wasting more time in the returns line, we were refunded for the item. We explained our issue to the employee there, probably a manager, and he was sympathetic and apologized. He bumped this review up to 2 stars.

If you need any service beyond picking up an item and checking out, I would look elsewhere. Good luck at Home Depot though.

Today when looking for things in the store, Robert was a great help. Older gentleman with silver hair and great attitude. Also another guy in the flooring area with reddish beard and tattoos helped pick something stashed way over head. They were awesome today!

This store is currently (Q2 2023) very chaotic and difficult to shop in. Inventory is piled haphazardly around, especially in the lumber and building materials area, and employees are new and don’t know where items are stashed. Although the website states where items should be racked, they are often not there sending you on a wild goose chase. Employees are trying their best and generally friendly but you can tell this is a tough environment to be in everyday.

It’s very difficult to find someone who can cut your material for you or use the forklift once you find the items you’re looking for.

I’ve often had to return items that were incorrectly racked and therefore rang up at an unexpected price.

Returns and online orders are handled at the exact opposite end of the store from the lumber and contractor checkout which is very inconvenient.

I don’t understand why Lowe’s makes it so difficult to link all your purchases to your account; it should be as simple as typing in your phone number like it is at Home Depot. This makes returns and digital receipts infinitely easier.

The only reason I shop here is because of a rotating category with chase rewards; as soon as it ends I’m going back to Dunn and Home Depot which are much better experiences as a customer and project manager.

I found a good variety of products at Home Depot, and the staff was generally helpful. However, the store layout was a bit confusing, and I had trouble finding some items. Prices were reasonable, but it would’ve been nice if there were more sales or discounts available. Overall, a decent experience.

Three years ago, I carpeted the downstairs recreation room in my house. Due to a water leak I have to replace the carpet. I didn’t have any original paperwork so I called Home Depot on Delridge to try and find out both the square footage and the type of carpet I had ordered years ago. I tried calling several times with no response from the carpet department and I realized I called at the busiest time of day so I hung up and thought I would try later. Much to my amazement, 15 minutes later, the phone rang and it was Ben from Home Depot carpet department. He had noticed my phone call in his system and realized that he had missed it and so he called me back! He researched my original purchase, told me the square footage , told me the price and told me about the current availability of that carpet. So very friendly and cheerful . Ben is in an amazing asset to Home Depot and I hope they appreciate him. The service he provides is just incredible, “priceless” as they say.

I was there over the weekend about 4 times. And I’ve had trouble at this store and all the others but this weekend there were 2 employees who were absolutely awesome! They worked in lumber and one was.a young man who was helpful beyond words! And the second was a young lady who was very professional and knowledgeable and the best part is they came up to me and asked me if I needed help AND THEY ACTUALLY HELPED!!! BEST TRIP TO HOME DEPOT TO DATE!

Understaffed and they are storing large heavy items in the isles. Had to wait a long time for a capable person to use the fork lift to move the large objects in order to buy something. Spoke with 4 people over 30min.

Dallas was helpful – brought this one star review up to three stars. Thank you!

This store has everything! Well, not really. I went here for a shovel once and they didn’t have any. But for some reason they sell wild hog repellent. Anyways, it’s a strictly middle tier incarnation of a big box hardware store with the middle tier inventory to go with it. All said and done, I do come here all the time because it’s the most convenient place and they have most of what you need.

Thanks Scott for the remarkable advices! I had a leak under my sink and was thinking about calling a plumber. I brought a picture of my leaking pipes to Cole Hardware and asked for help. Scott was able to explain the problem and recommend the appropriate way to fix it and it worked! I saved hundreds of dollars by doing the replacement myself and learned about plumbing along the way!

Found the products I was looking for.

New review – Last week, 08/18, I visited to return the self-propelled lawn mower and get a riding lawn mower. Unfortunately, they said at the return counter that I could not avail the 20% off, which I got on the self-propelled. It was just an exchange of products, infact I planned to spend $2000 more. As the discount was not given, I left the store and went to their competitor’s store and bought a riding lawn mower.

I like that the Lowe’s app shows exactly where in the store I can find what I searched for on the app. The app also shows the local store’s price for my searched item. I have bought everything from garden soil to new appliances and hardware here.

I was in the store the other evening, and I was assisted by a wonderful man name Dale.

I needed assistance with some buckets, and Dale asked if he could help before I could even get the words out.

He didn’t just tell me the aisle # the product was located at. He took me there, unfortunately only the smaller buckets were available. At least this is what I thought.

Dale, then pulled out his device and searched to see if the large ones were in the store. And they were! However they were out of reach (on the upper shelves) where he nor myself could reach them.

This amazing gentleman got the huge ladder needed and climbed up to get me the items.

Dale gave me a great experience, he went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I said THANK YOU, but I wanted to say it again!

It really makes a difference when you have someone who cares, and this is definitely what Dale displayed.

Lauren & Stacey in customer service are the kindest people, always ready to help answer my questions, or fix my online orders. They probably deal with some real azzholes but they always greet me with a smile & a fresh outlook on the next person in line. I appreciate them 🙂

An Item was tagged 40% percent off. The store manager Tai refused to honor price. Corporate and 3 other Lowes Stores said Manager Tai’s decision was in poor taste.

Rented a power tool from this location for the first time & it was a great experience. Can’t say enough good things about Keith! He was super friendly & knowledgeable. Showed me how to set everything up, gave me tips, helped load & unload equipment. Would absolutely recommend 🙂
