      This stores isles are very close together but it’s very neat in the store is not chaos with things everywhere. I went in with the gift card on a mission to find some sneakers at a low cost I walk the entire store I found some sneakers and then I looked at some dresses and on my way back to look for second pair of sneakers I found a rice cooker. I have one of these in my Amazon cart for the next minute or so until I delete it but I bought the rice cooker instead I can go back another time to get the sneakers to store was cool The woman that waited on me at register six was so nice and extremely articulate

      The store had products that were opened,stained ,and broken health and beauty section was a mad house with broken pallets and skin care products were open random stuff in unlikely places hard to navigate and ailes were way too tiny make up on the floor and the check out line is inescapable with only one line multiple cashier’s but only one line doesn’t make sense and the cloths were mostly boring cheap and plastic .       As an employee I’m giving it one star. Chris The Mangers treats everyone awful and causing many people to quiet or not show up to work. Cause the store to be understaffed and a toxic work environment. Not only toxic but hostile work environment HR needs to get involved if they want to save this store. DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Just your typical store with stuff from other stores that nobody wants. Coat hangers all over the place, items out of place. Staff is pretty friendly. The time of year that I came here, April, inside the store it was very stuffy and hot. Make sure to wear short sleeves while shopping. Barely any cash registers open. Three registers open with cashiers working pretty slow and a line of 13 people waiting to be checked out. I’d personally shop somewhere else.

      Friendly staff good merchandise don’t always find something but when I do it’s a good deal. Cashiers are always very friendly and so are the people are the floor very willing to help and answer questions. No problems here I go to this store quite often love it. The last few times coming in have had a great selection of men’s clothing from dress shirts to sweaters they have a little of everything and they seem to be getting in a lot of new merchandise daily! Definitely one of my favorite tj maxx Locations to shop at around me. Strongly recommend

      Came here looking for boy’s shoes for my son, only to find out they only carry women’s shoes. Outside of that disappointment, the store itself was very nice. The interior was nicer than other T.J. Maxx stores I’ve been to. It was organized and clean, and had a nice classier look than most…hardwood floors and good lighting.

      The dude who was working the dressing rooms tonight at 9pm was eyeing me and my fiance down like we were criminals. I’m sorry but if yall r going to have employees eyeing down Customers like their going to steal,then I’ll make sure nobody shops here again. Like for instance the women’s bathroom has toilet paper all over the place, the mirror is double so it looks like someone is looking into the bathroom. Yea disgusting and rude place to shop and spend money.

      First visit to TJ Max: Surprised at the range of merchandise. Somehow, I always thought it was just a clothes store– but they actually have a bit of everything.

      There are decent-sized kitchen and housewares sections, a jewelry department, luggage, clothes, shoes, sportswear and a small, kids’ toy department. With Halloween a couple months away, you’ll find an extensive selection of spooky themed items like decorations, mugs and costumes.

      UPDATE: Christmas decorations are beginning to appear in the back of the store, while there’s still plenty of Halloween decor to be found. Great selection of merchandise throughout the store with discounted pricing.

But the lady checker with the cast on her hand was a real trooper! She gets 5 stars. The manager needed to help with the check outs.

      I always find cute stuff here. I grabbed an Abercrombie & Fitch sweatshirt and jeans for $40. Great deals for kids. Nike / Adidas / Hurley. They have also updated a bit this year. Lots of new makeup and skin care!

      Sadly another store that has a bunch of employees but 1 or 2 cashiers with a line of customers lined around aisles. Bruh, all employees should be trained for registers and help when busy regardless of other tasks. Self checkout is so desirable cuz ain’t nobody wanna waste more of their life waiting. We wait at the light, we wait for taxes, we wait and wait and wait. LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!!

      I paid my credit card off 5 days ago and the company still hasn’t credited my account, so when I called customer service, I was in menu hell and it was almost impossible to ask to ask to talk to a person. When it finally rang through, the line disconnected. Horrible TJX Rewards Card Customer Service! They don’t really want you to get through.

      My wife tricked me into going to this store. She said there’s “manly things here” but I was fooled. This is 100% a girls store.

      Next time I want to buy some fluffy scarfs, odd shaped mirrors & princess Dog beds I’ll know where to go…

      I love this place! There is always something new that interests me every time I visit. The things that I dislike however are that I cannot buy the same items that are in store online. And the second is that there are is usually a limited supply of the items I like. for example, I needed three matching pillows for my couch and they only had two of the style that I liked. The staff is usually pretty darn friendly. but they are always raising money for something and that is just annoying. there is a clearance going on this week! Incredible prices but sometimes still too high.

      It’s always a little chaotic in here, with swaths of empty walls, over-packed racks with nothing in its correct space, and ever-shifting floor plans. I understand this is an outlet store, and thus not intended to be an “upscale” experience, but if that is truly the case, then the prices should more closely track with this notion; instead, it’s mostly the occasional score amidst a sea of surprisingly pricey items. You really have to be in the right mood to successfully shop here, as the degree of separation between the quality the name Nordstrom implies, and what you actually experience, is so big, it divorces the two almost entirely.

      I went here yesterday after working out. I wanted to see what kind of clothes and shoes and bags and make-up they had. It was AMAZING. A great selection for teens to something my Grandma would wear. The thing I’m most happy about, the clothes all fit me perfectly and we’re so cute but their SHOES! I am a size ten in shoes, never once found a pair of heels in my size not even for hoco I had to wear some converse. BUT THEIR SHOE SELECTION! If you have bigger feet go here if u want cute shoes and heels it’s amazing I love everything and feel so confident

      I usually shop their clearance beauty products and I can usually get my hair products at a good price. What I don’t understand is why their clothing selection prices seem to be so much higher than tj Max’s around the country. It just seems the stores I go to in SC and FL have a larger selection of clothing under 24.99 and the rutland store that appears to be starting price. However the staff is nice, the store is clean.

      I used gift card I received as birthday present last year. The only thing I was interested in was discounted shampoo and soap. They don’t really have anything else I am interested in. Not really their fault….I am a guy interested in sports. Their clothes selection s aren’t really marketed for someone like me. Nonetheless I was at least able to find something.       I’ve always liked T.J. Maxx and they have an interesting mix of high-end household goods and designer clothes, toys, gourmet snacks, household knickknacks and dishes and the like. A good way to find deals on nice stuff. The only thing I’ve never liked about this chain is that for men’s clothes, you’re hard pressed to find anything even in large, and beyond that, forget it. This particular store doesn’t seem to be any different than any others I’ve been to.

      Giving this store 3.5 stars. The women’s clothing has become mainstream with too many polyester “over 60” style florals and bold prints most Vermont ladies would wear. They end up on the clearance rack. Keep bringing in Tahari, Rachel Zoe, and other good designer brands that breathe and look good. The juniors section is skimpy midriff showing sizes 2, 4 and 6. My daughter won’t shop here. Men’s section should be larger, there’s hardly anywhere to shop locally for men and Kohl’s prices are going to drive them out of business. Kitchen section has gone downhill. Bring back nice decorative towels, runners, and not the kitschy seasonal stuff. Would love to see Tommy Bahama pillows again too.

      Store have a good feel about it. I spoke with 2 different store associates (one maybe mgr), and both had a friendly tone. I was looking for car cellphone items and found exactly what I needed, and the price was less expensive than other stores, such as BestBuy or AutoZone.

      Love this location, employees are very friendly and helpful!! I’m thinking possibly they have a New Manager, because it was not the case a couple of years ago. Whoever they have assigned as manager is doing an excellent job to motivate employees and they all have positive attitudes now! Great job, very refreshing to have a nice shopping experience

      This store was a lot nicer than the one in Nashville it was still a little warm inside but there was more stuff to look at and organized. The staff wasn’t too friendly but it’s been hit or miss depending on the location and time of day.

      It’s small & it never has any shoes for men. But it’s also the only TJ maxx in the area. On occasion we have come and the dressing room are closed due to lack of staff. Mixed feelings about this location

      Selection is great, if their customer service was equally great I’d say this is a 5 star store. On our very first visit to this store I overheard a cashier being rude to another customer a couple registers down. Same thing every visit after, but tonight was it for me. Her tone, I had to grab things back from her as quick as I could or else she’d just let the items drop to the counter/floor (one item did end up dropped), and she talked so snarkily that you could hardly understand what she’s trying to say. She kept saying something something receipt, but we couldn’t understand her with her attitude. She then has the nerve to get loud with us “READ” and tapping the keypad screen. Ironically, she couldn’t even read her own screen to tell me the correct purchase amount. I will gladly shop at Ross or Marshall’s instead, their cashiers are always so friendly.
