  1. I was desperate for some king prawns today so i popped in Co-op to check if the had some as it was on my way. Bought these and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Obviously they say “king prawns” on the packaging and i honestly believe it!! Its more like “king batter with baby prawns”!!! They were tiny shrimps. So annoyed ?God! Co-op you Such scammers!

  2. Very disappointed with delivery and not being notified they have no drivers still waiting over 2 hrs now…and no text or email to let me know will I get the delivery…..have contacted Customer Support to report,as this is now the 2nd time this has happened, last time my food shopping was left downstairs in communal block entrance and not to my flat door . Awful service!!!!

  3. Good selection but staff are incredibly rude. Person on self checkouts always has an attitude without fail. I have worked in this exact job and know it doesn’t take much to force a smile or at least not glare at customers or make a point to make them uncomfortable.

  4. Absolutely the worst store in London, terrible overpriced products (if they happen to be on the shelves , awful staff that don’t care and think you are probably a shoplifter, and then you will be overcharged after having waited far too long in the queue. What’s not to like??! It’s been like this for years, so don’t expect any improvement until it’s either bulldozed or taken over by another company. But they will need to completely restructure and replace all the staff and especially management. Avoid,Avoid,Avoid
