Initially they said it was $50 and after a quick inspection they said it’s $70. I don’t mind paying premium price for a good job, but the fact there are scratches on my car annoys me. I was standing right there the whole time and when asked why isn’t it clean they said we don’t know how to open it??Could have asked me i was right there but i guess everyone wanted to go home and just get it done and over with.
The trick is to get the customer to pay before the look at their vehicle and check if it is properly clean or just shining temporarily with chemicals5 months agoOverall, not too bad service. I’m happy how the car was cleaned but lack of attention to details. They didn’t make sure all the windows are nice and clear. There are still some marks that have been left out. And the car mats haven’t been put back. I realised at home they were missing. Maybe they shouldn’t accept that many cars at once if they can’t keep up with the works and can’t provide excellent servicea year agoUsed to come here often but had a 200$ polish and cut with such disappointing results. Also got my car back with the outside still full of compounds not wiped and skirts dirty. Look at the photos.Tried to explain to the guy but he wasn’t really getting my point. Amazing service. Thanks James.4 months agoOn a trip to Hobart, we had to wash the car due to off road activity, James the person in charge welcomed us and helped us with things need for the wash. Since we need some more time to do the manual wash he gave us extra time since we ran out of change. I met James (owner/staff?) who was a great person to have a chat with, providing awesome customer service. Regarding facilities, they were easy to use with reasonable pricing. Pretty busy place but doesn’t compromise on the service, very quick and efficient stuff. Boys have well taken care of my car, did they a detailed cleaning of the outside of my car at a minimum rate. Didn’t had to wait to long, I would recommend this place.
Seriously impressed by the effort put in by the lovely staff member today. I paid for the Level 3 wash, and assumed it would just be the drive through, but the lovely guy working also did an incredibly thorough job of sponging my car down (which I never do)!

machines with new EFTPOS installed were super misleading, beware when using.
We were using coins and were short of a dollar, so we tapped our card, thinking it would allow us to choose an amount to be charged. It didn’t – took the full amount of an entire car wash. We realised only some of the EFTPOSes had this issue and we were the unlucky ones. Staff onsite were notified but couldn’t do much about it so we just let the extra 6 mins run out.
