7 months agoA very well-organized store with nice items with reasonable prices. The staff members were supportive and welcoming.3 weeks agoTawanda the cashier was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you’re going to hire people that are going to face customer make sure they are nice and friendly. I gave her my discount card and she threw it back at me and asked me whose card it was. I asked to speak to her manager and her manager instead of coming to talk to me and deescalate the situation just told her to process the transaction didn’t even come to apologize for her rudeness nor tried to make things better. After the transaction was done I told the manager to hire more friendly people both should be taught how to be in customer service or work somewhere ese where they don’t have to face clients.a month agoTried to walk in. Many shopping carts in my way at entrance. And I’m thinking with all the employees here and no one takes care of this.3 months agoGood prices. Friendly staff. Discounted clearance racks. Large variety of items for men, women, and children. Luggage, housewares, furniture in the back at great prices.4 months agoTerrible service, inadequate staff and management and inaccurate prices! If you’re planning to save money and do your next purchase at this store franchise, I would NOT recommend it. If I could put zero stars I would.

6 years agoThis was a nice clean tj max. Employees are very nice. Good jewelry selection cheap. Great variety of things at great prices. I got reading glasses , nail polish and a pedicure kit cheap.3 months agomassive line – 1 register.It seems counter-productive to make it hard for me to give you my money.
6 months agoWe came here for sunglasses and left several hours later with new bags and stuff (no sunglasses) for Mrs B. She was happy with the purchases and I guess that’s what mattered. I found somewhere to sit near the changing rooms so it wasn’t entirely torture for me.8 months agoThis store is located in a large mall with plenty of parking. It has amazing selection of clothes with name brands. It’s very well organized clean defined purses. Families can shop there. The assortment is unbelievable and the deals can’t be matched. It’s also you got Ross dress for less in the same plaza so if you can’t find it at TJ Maxx, you can find it at the other place.3 months agoGood variety snd good quality. Prices certainly have increased buy still acceptable

Huuuuuuuge store, tons of luggages to search and priced well, check out is another story, super long lines, took 40 minutes, several people behind counters but not helping at registers, trade off of price vs long lines
The most useless way to spend a day off
This store don’t take care with pregnants. My daughter bought many clothes for her future baby and she did the One hour file because they said that tha timaxx don’t have preference cashier for pregnants
Very disappointed. It is the second time that I am in TJ Maxx and the service is very poor. Today I went to change two shirts of the same brand and style, but I did not have a receipt and they did not make the change. I did not ask for a refund, I just want to exchange the same shirt for a different size. Bad customer service.
