Toy section packed to the brim with quality entertainment. My fav part of this store is the blanket section. Soft amazing blankets, perfect for your couch. Routine stop for me.a year agoI really enjoyed shopping here. They carry a lot of name brand clothes at affordable prices. They also have home decorations, patio furniture, cookware, coffee, some pet supplies and so much more! I bought a Ralph Lauren comforter for my bed. It is very nice. The day I stopped in there they only had a few cashier’s and it took sometime to get through the line. The cashier was a sweet heart and incredibly nice and happy. 3 months agoAll the employees are very kind and helpful. We were walking around with a stainless steel trash can and a woman worker asked if we’d like for her to bring it up front for us!! Amazing customer service. The person checking me out (young African American woman with pink strings in their hair) was very kind and good at their job.! Why I have it at a lower rating than I would have it originally is because of the location, it’s dangerous, about 2 weeks after my graduation there was a shooting in the parking lot. So yeah, maybe try to find somewhere safer to get your polos unless this is last resort.

No unloading dock at this T.J. Maxx you need trailer gate lift. I had shopping carts, I got there at 9pm and they refused my load because I didn’t have a gate lift. Next morning Brooker called store and ask them to help me unload the shopping carts. They agree and all the employees helped me unload the carts of the trailer! great team work, I appreciate there help. ?
Of the dozens of TJMaxx, Marshalls, or Home Goods I have been to…this is THE SLOWEST one out there. Regardless of day or time I have been here, you can ALWAYS expect a line at checkout. They never have enough people checking out folks. They often just have employees standing around behind registers too and not checking out folks when there are lines, I just don’t get it. Imagine the long lines at Christmas, that is what you can expect here any time you go. I have not purchased things I wanted to and just put them back because I did not want to spend my time in the line. Management if you read these…you need to schedule appropriate staffing at registers, no one wants to wait 20 minutes+ in line there, they will go elsewhere.
Well supplied store in quantity and variaty but the proposed products here are the unsold ones of other seasons of other stores.
Don’t go if you want fancy but rather vintage.
Although I did not find 1 single item that I specifically went to TJMAXX in Rochester for, I did end up scoring BIG just by deciding to look around.
I found an iHome Beauty Glow Ring XL 13″ Makeup Mirror with Bluetooth Speaker, Speakerphone, USB Charging, Removable Phone Mount, Rechargeable Battery and 3 LED Color Modes $79 that was priced on Amazon at $200! And also a Beachwaver S1.25 priced at $132 on Amazon for $49! Whoooop!!!! Fingers crossed all goes well ??
Absolutely disgusting store, they allow you to return already used makeup items that have been touched & USED by other people.
Please never shop here for makeup.
