It is so disappointing!!! I used to absolutely LOVE coming here and shopping it’s one of my most favorite stores! However I don’t think I will ever go back to this location unless things change. The line is absolutely horrible! And there is always workers standing around and not getting on registers?! What is wrong with the management here? At my store when the lines get long we as managers get on the registers. We don’t stand around looking at a pair of shoes?! After I waited almost an hour in line today I witnessed who I assume to maybe be a manager come up to a register to help, she helped one person then went to the back. Leaving the line to continue to grow past the door. Thanks for all your wonderful customer service!

No shortage of items to choose from! The employees were pleasant, attentive and helpful! Impressive store and wonderful for this community! ?2 weeks agoI like finding goodies at a lower price. Checkout is usually fast. The store is clean.5 years agoI can’t say enough good things about this store! So many options. A little bit of everything at a great price! Very organized. I took some pictures of blankets to send to my mom for Christmas gifts. Super soft. I made sure you could see prices. Convenient spot in our Northpark Mall. Great selection of home goods and clothing! Nice variety of kitchenware and bedding. The selection does change, and if you’re looking to buy the same as last, it may or may not be there, so grab what you can!! Prices are very good and lower than most places. The best times are early mornings before things are picked over. Cosmetics are the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. It hard to find anything and is usually a bit cluttered, but the deals are there!!
I’m an avid MarMax shopper. Live the treasure hunt and the deals. However, at this specific location, it appears they are “pet friendly”. As I was waiting in line an woman had an unleashed dog and it was not potty trained. The dog urinated on the floor and several of the patrons stepped and rolled their cart through the dogs urine. This is absolutely disgusting. I am surprised that management allows unleashed and not well behaved dogs into the stores.
This is my wife’s favorite store. If you have never been to one, you need to put it on your list. The selection of products is amazing and so are the prices.
One of my favorite TJMaxx’s! Always well stocked and pretty organized. Nice staff, big store. The only issue is their bathrooms are gross! Like falling apart and dirty. I cannot believe they have never been redone, it is that bad. Otherwise nice store and great deals.
